設施：酒店的裝修很有品味，牙具和個護選品做的都很好
衞生：房間很乾凈，名宿也很注意整體環境的香氣，非常舒服
環境：在綠林裏，很安靜，沒有汽車或者裝修的聲音
服務：工作人員都很貼心，考慮顧客考慮地很周到，有求必應

特別舒服的酒店式民宿，每天出門回來房間都已經打掃好。幾個年輕人服務生會按要求把餐送到房間，再來取走盤子。行李也不用吩咐，直接幫忙搬。景色更不用説，在山頂上，雲霧繚繞，樹蔭遮蔽着茶園，清香宜人，周圍都是茶園的主人，晚上炒茶，整條山路都是炒茶的香氣！而且雲樹的位置不受其他打擾，非常幽靜。翁家村整體都算是一個度假喝茶的好地方！拍的照片不好，可能表達不出雲樹的美好，還是要自己體會。最後幾張是雲樹外景以及周圍巷子，很有味道

第一次來翁家山，做了很多功課找到這家酒店，枕頭和被子都好好睡，房間還有天貓精靈方便極了，周邊也很安靜，而且風景超級好！五樓的天台觀景視角真的太棒了！雖然當天下雨但看到了煙雨朦朧的杭州也真的別有一番滋味，房間也和店家官方圖片差不多很整潔，而且服務很好，前一天就有主動打電話給我確認行程並問溝通出行方式等等而且發定位給我非常細心，到了直接出來幫我們搬行李還貼心的倒了杯温水真的超暖心！距離靈隱寺、南高峯等景點都很近，另外公區面積也很大，隨處可見漂亮的鮮花讓人心情很好，佈置的也很出片，坐着喝個下午茶、看書、發呆……就算衹是待着酒店裡，也可以很愜意，有家的感覺，對了早餐也是酒店自己做的很豐盛很美味總之這次出行一家人都非常滿意！如果你也想體驗不一樣的杭州，可以來試試哦～

房間很大，出門還有一個庭院，早餐很豐富，裏面的工作人員在出發前還會致電詢問是否自駕遊，會提前加微信方便溝通，以後去龍井還會考慮選這家

環境衹能説部分取景.性價比不是特別高.
衞生：衞生間異味很重.一股很大的黴菌味.
這個重點要説的是私隱特別不好. 從陽台窗户外面斜對角看是可以看得到人走動的. 而且淋浴的地方就在那邊. 🙉窗簾的縫隙也特別大要用東西擋住才可以……不知道怎麼評.
然後早上一大早還被隔壁棟的裝修給吵醒了..
隔音，效果很差. 對望過去的環境，其實並沒有想象中的那麼好。
整個落地窗 衹能説設計的有點浪費了. 窄窄的通道里麪放着一個落地窗沒有一個寬敞的樣子.有點失落
服務和早餐都挺好的，會熱心的介紹旅遊的玩樂景點.

服務特別好！會主動幫我們搬行李，邀請一起放了煙花，電話聯繫提前準備晚餐，早餐也是送到房間！超級貼心！以後還會去！而且有地暖的民宿很少很少，零下的天氣也不冷
