Location: 10min walk to Longxiangqiao station Building is undergoing some construction work. Room: nice size room with dated fixture

It’s ok and valuable for visiting in hangzhou you can walk to xihu about 10-15 mins. There is mini night market in front of the hotel. You have to check in on 5th floor first(building A) but your room on building B

Our apartment is about a ten-minute walk from the West Lake. Along the way, there are Zhiweiguan, Hubin Yintai, IN77. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. Welcome to visit next time!

We stayed there for 4 .5 days, the half days go by hourly rates ( 30 yuan/hr ) , as we catch our flight at 2300hr so we rented another 5 hrs. The recept are friendly and responsible! Walking distance to many touristic places , shopping and food . A small night market is just in front of the building.

Location is good. You can walk to longxiangqiao street. Checkin at 5th floor of the A building. Staff can not speak English but we can talk via Wechat. Room was okay. You can ask for more towel , water and slipper if you stay more than 2 people.

It was a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is situated in a convenient location surrounded by many excellent food outlets. Metro is around 8 mins walk, and same to the West Lake and the shopping areas. The room is cleaned up every day but one minor problem we had was the cleaner threw our tooth brushes and facial towels away on our second day of stay. 😆

Very convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the most happening street in the town with many restaurants and coffee shops around. But the highlight is still the 24 hours desk services which literally answers to every requests!

The room is very crowded and not very clean. 4 people checked in but only provided for 2 bottles of water. When asking a few more, they refused. Just feel terrible. Not recommended.

I really liked this place. The reception is on the 5th floor and the lady checked us in quick. She gave us the keys and elevator card and we proceeded into our room.  Room was nice, wifi was awesome. The bathroom did not have a lock but no problem. There were towels, toothbrushes and a fridge. The best part was having a washing machine.  I’d recommend this place to foreigners. The only recommendation I’d have for the hotel is to get thicker mattress pads. I was constantly shifting around to get comfortable.  Thank you for a good stay.

This one bed room apartment is of good size for 4/5 people . Have enjoyed our stay here . Will stay here again if rate of rental remains as attractive .

i have used this place for a few years now, whenever i come to hangzhou. the reason is, the location is perfect, only a 5 minute ride from west lake. the price is really reasonable and the design of the rooms is both pretty and unique (they also have additional amenities like a washing machine and small kitchen, plus a seating area and fantastic views of the city). but most of all, by far and away the main reason to come is the staff. it doesnt matter what time of day or night, or whatever the problem or request is, they are only to happy to fix it. being a foreigner, communicating online makes it far easier for me and with their help the whole travel experience is smooth, pleasant and comfortable. i really couldn't praise them enough - fantastic!
