服務很好，需要的東西有機器人送上樓，衞生也很乾凈，辦理入住時給了孩子的拖鞋和洗漱用品，服務很周到，早餐也不錯，下次去杭州還會入住這家酒店。

第一次來富陽考試，住在考場旁邊的酒店，體驗差強人意，不過沒有其他更好的選擇。主要有幾點：
服務：有驚喜，前台貼心準備考試用具，進房間有提供歡迎水果，退房時還有送水，點贊！不過早餐選擇比較少，而且麪條味道過鹹，望改進。
設施：定位400+價位，但是設施沒有跟上。隔音非常差，隔壁電話響我也可以聽到，就不用説走廊講話和關門的聲音了；房間天花板裂痕嚴重，牆紙有掀起現象；窗户沒有配備紗窗；床頭座機鈴聲太響，每次都被嚇到。
衞生：最不能忍受的是我在預訂備註裏註明無煙，但是房間煙味嚴重，甚至窗户外窗沿上還有之前客人的煙蒂殘留，因為第二天一天的考試就沒有提出換房間，被迫吸了一個晚上的二手煙；電視側牆壁好幾處有蟲子被拍si但沒有被清理乾淨。
環境：依託學校客源的酒店，周圍環境肯定沒有亮眼的地方，不過交通叫車也還方便；距離地鐵站不近。

房間是非常滿意的，早餐也很豐富，環境也特別好，但是入住當天下雨，天氣特別冷，空調不能取暖，晚上凍醒好幾次，其他的都還滿意
