The location of Le Meridien Hangzhou is very good, and the transportation is very convenient. You can walk to the Cherry Blossom Avenue by the Qiantang River. The room is very comfortable and spacious, all the facilities are very complete, and the sanitation is also very clean. The breakfast of the hotel is not bad, especially the freshly ground coffee that I can't forget. In addition, the highlight of the hotel is the service. I especially praise Ava Oliver. It feels like home and is worth recommending. I hope to come back next time to experience a room on a higher floor. Overall, it is good.

We truly enjoyed our stay, top facilities, excellent and professional service staff especially Shawn, Lance and a female receptionist who helped me with Tao Bao purchase. They are so patient, friendly and helpful, 5 star indeed. Rooms are spacious, very clean, modern and new. Excellent breakfast buffet spread. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again. The kids were entertained by the conceirge robot.
