It's better than I expected, especially the front desk M's warm service, making guests feel at home. The hotel is conveniently located and very close to the East Station. The stay experience is very good and I will choose here next time.

酒店簡約大氣，客房很是舒適，七樓還有自助洗衣房、健身房和棋牌室很nice，工作人員服務態度很好w，早餐很豐盛味道也很棒，交通便利，出門就有公交站，離東站很近w，有小機器人送餐很不錯哦，

五一來杭州爬山，臨時用了房券，價格還算優惠。
但是有幾個明顯弱點：
1）噪音及震動：房間靠近火車跑道，雖然樓層很高，但是噪音很明顯，尤其是火車出進站還會有震動。讓前台給安靜的房間，結果不僅靠近火車軌道，還靠近汽車道路，一晚上基本沒怎麼睡着。如果對聲音和震動敏感的請慎重。
2）服務：服務人員配比算多的，但感覺前台比較僵化，不熱情暖心。
3）味道：房間設施比較新，但是還是有裝修味道，尤其是靠近床頭的櫃子。如果對味道敏感的請慎重。
