I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. Let's talk about check-in first: there was a parking sign at the door but no security guard was standing guard. I had to get off the car and go to the hotel to ask the security guard to open the gate. This was the first time I encountered such a **. Then after checking in, they said they would upgrade. I originally bought a 42 square meter room, so how could I upgrade? When I opened the door, a musty smell came over me. I also found that there was a napkin hanging on the towel. What kind of hygiene is this? I immediately asked to change rooms. After changing to the next room, there was no musty smell, but the hygiene was still poor. You can see my pictures. There was dust on almost the table and floor, and there were flying insects on the bed. The next morning, when we had dinner, there were not enough plates, and we were told directly that there were no spoons. There were only two elevators in such a big hotel, and we had to wait for a long time to go up and down. The most annoying thing was that I slept cold on the first night and asked for an extra quilt on the second day. The front desk said there was no one. Then I thought a blanket would be fine, but the front desk hung up the phone before I finished speaking. This service is terrible. My husband was so angry that he called again and said that he would give a bad review if there was no one. As a result, within two minutes, the waiter brought a quilt. This hotel really ruined my holiday. If I had known the bad reviews, I would not have stayed here. It's close to the road, dirty and noisy. I paid more than a thousand yuan for such a bad experience. I will never come here again. I wrote so many words just to let everyone know so that you don't fall into the trap.
