地理位置很好，靠着西湖不遠且酒店門口就有公交直達。酒店對過還有網紅飯店，杭幫菜就近可嘗還不用像景區店那裡大排長龍。
酒店據説是收購以前的如家改裝的？大樓外觀看起來是有些年代，不過內部大堂裝修還不錯，雙床房面積是比較緊湊的但也還行，設施中規中矩，值得一提的是床墊好舒服。
想離西湖近又想有希爾頓品牌保證的不二選擇。

酒店大堂衞生乾淨，第一次入住這家酒店，細節很到位，酒店比較新，房間比較乾淨，早餐比較豐富。地理位置也很好，出行方便。離景點都比較近。很適合家庭親子游，前台貼心周到。房間設計簡約大氣，酒店還有地面和地下停車場，隔音效果也很好，衞生間乾濕分離，淋雨間寬敞，點贊!現煎的荷包蛋和培根，現煮的麪條餛飩..應有盡有，下次來杭州還會選擇這家酒店

非常好，服務態度很棒，早餐也不錯，特別是小孩晚上突然嘔吐弄臟了床單，保潔雷阿姨和經理晚上12點多都迅速趕來幫忙清潔和換新床單，非常感謝酒店的細緻服務。給雷阿姨和經理點贊👍，
