先説缺點吧
衞生很差很差，首先一進門就有一股煙味，一直到第二天早上還有，枕頭也臟臟的，冰箱打開一股榴蓮味，那個沙發巨臟，我都不敢坐。樓上還有一條皮帶和一件衣服
訂房後聯繫店主給密碼，但是不確定是不是一客一換，那個密碼，安全性有點低
詢問多次二號樓有沒有房也不理人
優點
在宋城附近，想去宋城玩的可以住這
離地鐵口有一公里多，還是挺遠的，打車過去大概十一塊
如果是家庭出行的話，也可以住這裏，樓上有一個小隔間一樣
但是真的很臟，要不然就自己帶一次性床單

服務態度差，事前不溝通，各種訊息不主動告知，無故扣錢。
卡退了，卡的按金不退，理由是我退房晚了，但我發了另一個酒店可以下午1點退房的截圖，她就耍賴把我移除了。

體驗最差的一次民宿，首先熱水洗澡洗了5分鐘不到就涼了，然後一直沒熱水，衹能冷水沖乾淨出來第二天就感冒了，如果兩個人洗澡第二個人就必須要等很久，電熱水器燒好了才有熱水，其次，衞生非常差，電視櫃灰塵太多，手一摸全是灰，櫃子裏還有別人穿過的衣物，所有用品都是最差的標準。去哪兒網定的價格322，平台未收按金，房東微信裏私下要求收取按金，並且沒有開具任何收據憑證！
