整體還是很滿意的，適合歲數大的去發發呆，放鬆放鬆，既能親近自然又不會太累。本來長輩生日訂了一晚，剛到就喜歡上了，直接又訂了一晚。不過，週末比平時貴了幾百，時間允許的話還是錯峯出遊吧。這個是第二天週六訂的，因為三人的loft沒有之前包晚餐的選項了，就加了幾百換個房型體驗一下，次卧挺喜歡的，比loft的好，不過衞生間相對小了不少，整體還不錯啦！

含早餐下午茶晚餐，性價比較高，房間設施齊全，雙卧室附帶客廳空間舒適，適合家庭出遊。温泉池疊加無邊泳池，青少年也適合，遊玩項目再豐富些就更好了。

度假村環境是真的可以 很清幽 接駁車來的也很快 温泉餐飲也可以 整體體驗感是不錯的

第n次來了 還不錯 適合週末郊遊 是別墅改建的房間 裝修一般但是視野不錯 房子門口有停車位，比較方便。核心温泉比較好

環境優美乾淨

The hotel failed to provide accurate information on the shuttle bus to the city before check-in, and multiple inquiries during the check-in process were not answered accurately. On the day of departure, I had to call at least three times to ask for a shuttle bus from my residence to the shuttle bus. Finally, I had to call the dispatcher directly before a car came to pick me up. It was delayed for more than an hour. After I arrived at the shuttle bus location five minutes early, I found that the shuttle bus could only seat 15 people and it was already full, leaving me and a large number of tourists stranded. The hotel neither informed me of the specific time of the next bus nor made proper arrangements for stranded passengers asking about their itinerary, causing me to miss the train back to Shanghai. It was the peak time for return trips during the May Day holiday, and train tickets were almost impossible to buy. I was alone with a child. After many twists and turns, I returned home to Shanghai at around two o'clock in the night. The original plan was to arrive home at dinner time. After that, I called the hotel to complain. I called at least four times. Each time a different person answered the phone. Each time the answer was to contact me later, but no one has contacted me until now. During my stay, the food I ordered was delivered to the wrong building. I contacted the front desk to get it back, but I couldn't get it back in time. In short, the hotel's management, especially the front desk service, is very problematic. It also lacks the ability and experience to deal with large passenger flows.
