服務周到，入住贈送了小水果。位置很不錯，門口就是公交車站，步行地鐵口十分鐘左右，交通很便利。就是窗户不怎麼隔音，二層能清楚的聽到樓下説話的聲音。

房間實在太小了，兩個人轉身都難，對房間大小有要求的自行考量該不該住。衞生條件挺好，房間乾淨，地理位置一般，訂了兩天，衹住了一天，第二天重新換了一個酒店住

先説優點：
地段真心好，出門就是公交密度橋站，坐1路可以直達拱宸橋，對面站台坐10路可以到西湖。地鐵站也比較近，步行十分鐘左右就可以到。
他家可以免費停車，省去了很多費用，這點不錯。
下面是不足：
房間特別小，雖然已經升過房了，但標間空間依然顯得非常侷促，裝修也顯老氣。
噪音問題，二樓居然還能感覺到地鐵的轟隆聲，沒幾分鐘就來一次，尤其晚上睡覺更明顯，好在地鐵不是24小時運行。
看過評價，早飯沒在他家吃，門口就有麪館，可以試試杭州特色的片兒川，味道還不錯。
總體，就價位而言，算是中規中矩的一家酒店。

房間很悶，和外面温差大，晚上空調風機聲音很大，早晨4點多垃圾清運車在園內操作清運的時候聲音很大，總之一晚體驗下來，由於噪音問題影響正常睡眠。

距離西湖不遠，房間小但很乾凈，服務很好，性價比高，我洗了衣服晾在五樓陽台，當天忘了收，第二天一看服務員給收到旁邊的小屋子裡，很感動
