It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the subway station. There are several bus stops nearby, and it is convenient to go to scenic spots. I have enough leg strength. If it's good, you can even walk to the West Lake. There are many fruit shops and small supermarkets nearby, which are convenient for shopping. The front desk is also polite and helpful. It makes us feel more at ease when we come to Hangzhou for the first time. We recommend it to people visiting near the West Lake.

I stayed here once the year before last. The service was average. Although it was very noisy, I thought I just happened to run into it. Although I was in a bad mood, I didn't comment. This year, I went there. I thought it was closer to Nansong Imperial Street and Hefang Street, West Lake, and not far from the Ding'an Road subway station, so I chose this hotel. I didn't expect that the stay experience was particularly bad this time. There was no small supermarket nearby at night, so I couldn't buy anything. I went to the front desk to ask for a bottle of water, and the front desk said that they would not give an extra bottle of water, and I had to pay to buy it. There were spider webs on the top of the bed in the room. These were okay, but I couldn't fall asleep at night. Later I found out that every night was the same, because I had to empty the trash can from midnight until dawn. I was speechless.
