酒店離阿里和移動園區都很近.前台夏夏和蓮蓮的服務很好.很不錯的體驗.下次還會再來

設施：無辦公椅和辦公桌 茶水台設定不合理

房間非常大 也很乾凈 床也很舒服 兩張1.5米的大床很適合二胎家庭 太完美了 性價比更高

前台服務真是無語，去地下停車場的電梯還得倒，外賣還得下樓拿，那個機器人也不知咋滴送不上來，哎，這不是五星

Because there were few guests staying, the hotel turned off the central air conditioning at night, resulting in a room temperature of 28-29 degrees. I called the front desk and was told that the engineering depar**ent master had gone off work and the air conditioning had to be turned off at 11 pm, because it was not hot outside, and the guests did not feel hot. It was only our room that was hot. Let us bear it for a while. It should be fine if the window can be opened a gap to ventilate. How ridiculous, who can accept this service? I am a guest, and I am the one who feels the heat. Air conditioning is a basic facility of a hotel, right? What's even more ridiculous is that after calling the manager, the reply was that the air conditioning could not be turned on, not broken. It was almost 12 o'clock in the morning and asked me to contact other hotels to move out, or bear it, anyway, the air conditioning could not be turned on. I originally booked for two days, and called Ctrip customer service the next day. The customer service couldn't believe that Junting Hotel had such unreasonable operations. After verifying the facts, they refunded the room fee for the next day in seconds and recommended a hotel with very good room area, facilities and services nearby. Move out immediately and never stay in this hotel again. The basic industry service standards were not met. The manager and the front desk clerk didn't even say a word of apology. From the front desk clerk to the manager, they did not possess the qualities of a well-known hotel chain.
