前台服務真是無語，去地下停車場的電梯還得倒，外賣還得下樓拿，那個機器人也不知咋滴送不上來，哎，這不是五星

這次入住對酒店服務設施非常不滿意，因為住的客人很少，酒店晚上就把中央空調關閉了，導致 房間裏温度28～29度。打電話給被前台告知：工程部師傅下班了，晚上十一點空調要關閉的，因為外面也不熱，客人沒有感覺熱的，熱的衹有我們一個房間，讓我們忍一下，窗户能開個縫隙透透氣通通風應該就好了。好可笑吧，這個服務誰能接受？我是客人，是我在感受熱，有空調是一個酒店的基本設施好吧？更可笑的是打電話給經理後，回覆還是空調開不了，並不是壞了，快凌晨12點了讓我聯繫別的酒店搬出去也行，要麼忍忍，反正就是無法給開空調。本來訂了兩天，第二天打電話給攜程客服，客服聽了都無法相信君庭酒店還有這樣的無理操作，核實事實後，秒退後一天房費，並推薦我附近房間面積設施以及服務都非常好的酒店。立刻搬離，再不會住這個酒店了。基本的行業服務標準都達不到，經理和前台連一句歉意的表示都沒有，從前台到經理完全不具備一個知名連鎖酒店的素養。
