牆板是紙糊的吧！隔壁説什麼聽的清清楚楚。豪華雙人間和鴿子籠一樣，連行李箱都伸展不開，要瓶水都摳摳搜搜的，頭一次碰到礦泉水限量的酒店。真是氣笑了～本來定了兩天，住一晚果斷退訂

房間乾淨衞生，我有一點潔癖，完全能接受，差評中的衞生問題我沒有感受到，噪音問題憑心而論頭一天晚上完全沒有感覺到，第二天下午1點左右交房時間樓道里有大力關門聲能聽到，這點應該是小問題可以忽略，酒店周圍環境特別好，25元的早飯非常可以，前台的小哥哥小姐姐特別nice，尤其是小姐姐特善解人意，總之這家酒店可以完全放心入住，下次來杭州我首選這家店

我們三人入住，前台給一人免費早餐。客房服務員很好，很早就把房間收拾乾淨。酒店的位置好。廁所的門是半透明的，有些尷尬和不便。空調很好。

房間窗户沒關，晚上回來床上都是蛾子，沒法睡，酒店房間沒有了，我們大半夜的又提着行李找酒店。前台經理態度還好，幫我們找酒店，但是入住體驗真的很差
酒店是在古街裏，街道兩側有梧桐樹，夏季會有蟲子

酒店地理位置優雅，樓下就是宋城御街，晚上比較安靜，酒店在西湖旁邊不遠，可以走路過去，出行方便，前台服務熱情、貼心，房間舒適衞生，性價比高，離開酒店還送了小禮品，下次到杭州還會選擇，也會介紹給朋友們。
