酒店服務非常棒， 地理位置非常棒很靠近地鐵站，外面就有很多單車可以租，街道很漂亮可以打卡。廁所很大很舒適很漂亮。

離地鐵站很近，出門左拐就是南宋御街，半夜過來也有店營業，前台小王給免費升級了房型，非常棒

超棒👍超好的 服務人員都很nice 很好説話 位子地點都很好，去哪裡都方便 步行可以直接到西湖😍😍😍 下次還會再回來住

這家酒店，我真的不懂要怎麼説。住了好多家酒店這家是最好的了。房間酒店非常乾淨，出入也方便，步行三分鐘就到地鐵站，櫃枱人員也非常親切，會打招呼。保潔阿姨我真的很喜歡她，她好貼心，下雨天時候還會問要不要帶傘，我可以給你傘不要淋雨了。真的非常温馨，出門前都會問房間需要打掃嗎？她都會打掃的非常乾淨，住的也舒服。對面有便利店，豆漿好喝，有關東煮，餓了也可以去對面買吃的。這家酒店非常推薦值得入住哦。當時還幫我升級了 ！

It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the West Lake). So I called the front desk twice to communicate. The front desk did not shy away from the problem of bad smell and poor sound insulation in some bathrooms, and promised to make good notes. To be honest, I was uneasy before coming, but after arriving at the hotel, I proved that my choice and trust were not wrong. The basic facilities are complete. There is a tea area behind the front desk corner where you can choose boiled water, wolfberry chrysanthemum tea and coffee by yourself. You can go to the bathroom on the underground first floor. We are a family room with windows and no bad smell. I am a person with mysophobia, so I went into the room and wiped the toilet, tables and chairs, and even the dust on the TV that some people commented on with alcohol cotton pads. The last picture shows that the cotton pads are clean, there is no obvious dust, and there is no so-called stickiness on the ground. The towels and bedding are visibly clean. The sound insulation between the rooms is indeed not very good. I knocked on it and it made a hollow sound. It was the partition board, but as long as the next door rested quietly, it would not have much impact. The windows have good sound insulation. There is a lot of traffic on Guangfu Road outside, and it is quiet immediately after closing. The waiter delivered fruits in a timely and considerate manner: a small bunch of grapes, two ginseng fruits and a fragrant pear. The patterns will be changed every day. If there are other requirements, they will be basically met if they are communicated in time. It rained on the last two days of May Day, and the hotel also prepared free transparent umbrellas, which is very considerate. The room is equipped with small tea sets for making tea, mineral water, bagged coffee, and teas such as white peony and Zhengshan Xiaozhong. The dates are all fresh in March. The room is not as spacious as shown in the pictures in this place where every inch of land is valuable. There is no luggage counter, but it can be placed behind the door. The room is compact, and the shower area and toilet are relatively close. The front desk, waiters, and cleaners are very friendly. They greet guests proactively and say that they can call at any time if they need anything. The only thing to be picky about is the room price, which is much more expensive than usual, and the family room is close to 1,000 yuan. If I come to play next time, I will choose this place again.
