特別差，房間一股餿味，服務也很差，説了有景觀，也沒景觀，屋裡很潮，出行很不方便，回來晚了，也聯繫不上擺渡車，服務人員也很差，總體根本不值這個價錢

一次直播間裏的宣傳種了草，打車一個小時去那裡的，去了感覺太不好，首先按照管家要求説提前打電話，到了地點不見接駁車停車場黢黑一片不見人連個燈都沒有，嚇死了。到了酒店不見前台和聯繫的管家，就先吃飯，吃完飯前台還是沒人扯着嗓子喊也沒人，於是乖乖的再等許久。第二天趕高鐵，跟管家説好了接駁車時間，結果管家忘説了現叫接駁車遲到了15分鐘。全程沒有見到跟我聯繫的管家，管家微信溝通中説話也硬硬的。住這家店我體會最深的一點是：裝修再好、宣傳再好，沒有很好的服務意識也給酒店拉不上高品質。
