第一次體驗就覺得非常滿意，出來出差，剛好帶寶寶也順便出來玩一下，住的特別好。這個酒店是那種在小區旁邊，不靠主幹道的，晚上特別安靜，並且洗衣房健身房，停車場配備齊全，停車不收費，性價比簡直太高了，距離地鐵站也挺近，出行很方便，工作之餘帶寶寶去了杭州西湖，西塘古鎮，晚上還爬了一下酒店後面的臨平山，網紅橋，真的很安逸哦

哈哈，説出來可能大家不相信，每次來杭州必須要住這家維也納，哪怕下了高鐵打車百十塊錢也要來這裏，房間不是很大，但是住着非常舒服，可能也是我這個人比較念舊，喜歡住前面住過的酒店，並且維也納也是全國連鎖的酒店品牌，設施很齊全，洗衣服，健身都比較方便，周圍吃飯購物的地方也比較多，推薦大家出差選擇這裏

酒店環境安靜，房間衞生乾淨整潔，服務也特別好，有求必應，房間2瓶水水喝完之後給前台打電話，也還是免費贈送2瓶過來，機器人送來很方便[強]

來臨平找閨蜜玩，偶然看到附近這家維也納酒店，看了評論都説挺好的，果然沒讓我們失望，前台特別熱情，詢問附近吃飯購物的地方，很耐心的幫我們解答，外賣什麼的也有機器人可以直接送到門口，不用下樓取，真的太方便了

第一入辦理入住很慢 等了十分鐘 不知道是不是前台業務不熟悉 第二房間設施有點陳舊 前面都無所謂 既然已經順利入住了 晚上洗澡間積水 洗了個澡整個洗手間全部是水 出來差點滑倒。 床很軟很軟 我和朋友開了兩個房間 第二天起床睡的腰痠背痛

整體住下來體驗不錯，每天回來都有種家的感覺，特別是前台高顏值的小姐姐小吳，每次都會微笑問候，住了五天又十天哈哈，有一些小事情也很及時回覆，很貼心，房間很乾凈，洗衣服方便，沒事還可以去健身房鍛鍊一下身體，快遞外賣有機器人可以送上門
