It was very nice and clean hotel. There are kitchen, kitchen staff, and clean bed linen. They do cleaning service every day. They also have laundry machines and individually packaged laundry detergent for single use in common area. It is very good for travelers.
If I’m allowed to say two things, it would be better to have a sponge for washing dishes in the room. And shower water pressure was a little weak compared to Japan though it’s still fine.
All staff are very kind. Thank you very much.

I came to Hangzhou with my boyfriend and chose this hotel. The front desk service was very good. We came back late and sleepy. The front desk checked us in quickly and we returned to the room very quickly. The facilities and equipment were quite complete. Self-service freshly ground coffee: unlimited.
