The hotel is linked to supermarket and metro station. Room is sparkling clean , amenities are new. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Recommended place to stay.

Great 5 nights stay here. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Metro line 5 is accessible from basement. Supermarket and food are within walking distance

The hotel is clean and nice. I like the design and the simplicity but elegance it has. The hotel staff is friendly, we had a toilet break and informed staff. They promised to fix it in 15 minutes but they didn’t do so. But next day they gave us another room after pressing them again about the matter

Leeden hotel is fantastic. Extremely well designed, spacious rooms, friendly staff, housekeeping are accommodating; great overall and very affordable considering what they have.
Xiwen Street metro station can be accessed via the hotel elevators which is very convenient. An hours cycle away from Xihu park but plenty of choices for food around the hotel.
Will book again for my next visit.

Service: Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and professional👍. I would like to thank Ms. Yang Yuan in particular. I have limited mobility, and she helped me put my luggage in the taxi when I checked out. The cleaning lady was also very professional and asked if I wanted anything in the room when I checked out.

I booked this Leighton Hotel in advance when I was getting married. I had seen the executive suite but felt it was a bit stingy. Later, I saw this large suite with the front desk staff. However, since I had already booked the executive suite, I negotiated to upgrade it by paying the difference.
