Front counter service was alright. They were happy to assist to order on behalf when I needed help with food delivery since the app didn’t work on my phone without a China number. Shower stall smelled of dampness and mildew. Housekeeping lady insisted on cleaning my room everyday, even though my DND sign was on. Still, she did a good job and was friendly all the time so kudos to Ms 秋。The room I was given was opposite a busy crossroads and I couldn’t really rest well on some days with the constant car horns going off (the drivers in Hangzhou are an impatient bunch so the horns were plenty). Even so, the bed was extremely comfy and the room was decent. Towels were clean. Was there for a 2-day concert and it was a straight line 20-min walk to the Olympic Arena.

Convenient location, with subway stop just minutes from the hotel. Drive from the airport was only 20minutes without traffic. Room was clean and modern. Housekeeping was very efficient.

I give full mark on the service because the front desk allow us to check in early. Location is good, the Asia Game stadium and riverside walk is within walking distance. Going around town and tourist spots like west lake is within 30min by DiDi. Only dissatisfaction I got with this hotel is the gym. I understand not every hotel gym come with weight machines, but can you at least make sure the dumb bells set is a complete with full range of weight, not just 4, 10, 14, 18, 22kg.

Amazing hotel to go with my family !!! The robot and staffs are so helpful to help us with the takeaway! They helped us in ordering food , taxi and delivering our stuffs ! Really recommend

Very clean, lovely service, very helpful and an overall welcoming feeling. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable. Great sleek office area if you need to settle down to work, shower and bathroom area sleek throughout. The breakfast is quality over quantity, and very well done. I think for the price it’s an absolute bargain. Will be saying here again for sure! My photos are of a lived in room, not just opening. You can tell arriving the room has been throughly cleaned each time!

Very good, good, worth staying at. The environment is very good. The breakfast is also rich and has many varieties. This is the third or fourth time I have stayed here. The front desk service is also very good. I recommend it to friends around me.

The breakfast is good, with local wontons for breakfast, and tea and cookies are available in the lobby. The details are OK. It is relatively quiet overall, and the sound insulation effect is OK. This price is a relatively cost-effective hotel.

The room was clean and hygienic. A lady named Cao provided warm and thoughtful service. She prepared extra toothbrush cups for the children and specially decorated the family room, which the children found a little surprise!
