整體感覺幾好，只是距離地鐵站有點遠，樓下沒有超市，只有便利店，如果自駕樓下有停車場，但要收費，長拍$42元，反而是訪客卡比較不方便，因為每一次攞咭只有6小時時效，過期要再次問管理人攞，如果有老人家或小朋友不懂操作，就會有一些麻煩。

由於春節期間和家人一起出遊，且需攜帶寵物，因此習慣入住酒店的我不得不選擇了民宿，看看評分很高，且評價尚可，沒想到這次出行該民宿成了最大的敗筆。
在入住期間，我遭遇了諸多不愉快的體驗。其中，最糟糕的是，晚上一羣人需要洗澡時候發現我民宿提供的洗澡水竟然是冷水（事後民宿管理費承認是電熱水器故障），導致家裡長者居然是在寒冬臘月用冷水完成洗漱的。儘管後續管理費提供了另一間房間作為臨時洗澡使用（衹能洗澡不能入住），但是時值半夜12點多了，還有四個人沒完成洗澡，且替換的房間也是電熱水器，一個人洗好要等半小時才能輪到第二個人洗。我感到非常不適，也嚴重影響了我的住宿體驗。我對此深感失望，因為熱水供應是民宿服務的基本要素之一，該民宿顯然在這方面沒有做到位。
此外，我還要投訴的是貴民宿的服務態度問題。在我向工作人員反映冷水洗澡的問題時，他們並沒有表現出應有的關心和歉意，反而態度惡劣，對我家人沒有釋放仁和任何善意及提供合理的賠償方案。並且最初堅持收取入住當日的全款費用（就是不能洗澡的那間房），不然就讓我們當天半夜另尋酒店。這種服務態度讓我無法接受，我認為作為服務行業的一員，他們應該尊重客人的需求，以友好和專業的態度解決問題，並且提供最好的賠償方案來彌補客人的經濟和精神損失。
可能我的入住體驗是特例，碰下了熱水設備故障的情況，但是在春節期間碰到這種事情真的實在很鬧心，第二天上午我們就退掉了原本應該入住的第二天的房間改去希爾頓酒店了。至於其他住店客人的好評，我不置可否，但是本人經歷承諾屬實。
希望大家謹慎入住，合理避雷。
