和你朋友去杭州玩這邊去西湖，或者晚上出去happy都超級方便，房間裝修風格也非常漂亮安靜睡覺 連續住了三天都不想回上海了

沒有贈品，水果保温杯都沒有，房間還行吧，我的房間是靠窗户的，隔壁樓是新蓋的，大早上裝修很吵。

很早之前住的，現在才來評價，因為至今讓我印象深刻。酒店位置比較好，出酒店右拐20米左右就是南宋御街，門口就有公交站牌。酒店設施還不錯，但服務很敷衍！！！剛剛入住，就在被子上發現了一個洞，立刻就和前台説了，當時還體諒説太晚了明天打掃時候換就行，結果第二天回來依舊這樣。我就一説，你就一聽唄，答應的好好的就行了唄！其次就是重點了，太吵了太吵了太吵了！旁邊有家密室，結果就是零點開始到凌晨四五點房間裏全都是密室詭異的音樂，npc説什麼都能聽到，還有各種各樣人跑的聲音加尖叫聲，別問我怎麼知道的，你住過就知道了。當時我就想問，但那些恐怖的聲音真的讓我一動不敢動，就這麼睜眼到天亮，確定我住的是酒店麼？第一天以為是意外，第二天晚上聲音更大，終於提出找前台解決，前台表示不知道！！真妙啊，讓換個房間，前台説現在是早晨，沒有房間，要等到有人退房才能換，結果我下午回來，前台又説沒有房間了，都訂滿了，不了了之。是覺得我是**麼？我在網上還可以下單同類型的房，你線下跟我説房滿了？！呵呵了！本來很喜歡杭州這個城市，不怕熱我都來了，這個酒店讓我對這裏失望至極！
