My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The staff were polite and professional. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. I appreciated the entertainment system on the television as I spent some time in the room relaxing. Very good service, and the most comfortable slippers I’ve seen at a hotel. I’ll come back again!

We stayed for 2 people for a city trip. The location was very good, there was a shopping mall downstairs and we did not have any problems. It was also cleaner than I expected.

Very recommended hotel. In the city centre with big room, lots of restaurants nearby, and big supermarket is nearby. Price is very reasonable. There are free washing machine and dryer including free detergent.

The hotel is located in a multi-purpose building. It means that you have to share elevator with many other different buildings, so it is very crowded sometimes and it take a while to manage to get into, depending on the time. It is close to the hospital, which is ideal for someone who is in Hangzhou for this purpose, but for other purposes it is not an advantage: it is too crowded, too many people and cars. It is relatively well positioned for public transport, since the closest metro stays around 500 to 600 meters from the hotel, which is ok. The room has everything you need for a short stay, no complaints at all about this. The cleaning service is good. Reception did not speak english, but we managed to communicate using translation apps. Breakfast is very good, lot of options.

The double room is spacious, with a sofa and coffee table facing south, clean and simple, high floor with good view, relatively quiet, and cost-effective. There are milk tea restaurants around, and Haidilao on the fifth floor, which is suitable for travel.

The hotel rooms are of moderate size and have complete basic facilities. However, the soundproofing of the rooms is slightly insufficient, and the noise from the corridor will have some impact. The location is not bad, and it is convenient to travel and eat downstairs. Overall, it is a good accommodation experience. If the details can be improved, it will be more satisfactory.
