The room is very small, with only one stool. It is recommended to book a superior twin room. There are two stools in the picture. This room type is better. I feel there is no difference. The difference should be in the mattress. The toilet is old-fashioned and I couldn’t flush it in the morning. It was embarrassing😅. In the end I had to go to the lobby on the first floor to use it😅

The hotel is set in an amazing location next to Qingshan Lake and the scenery is beautiful. Every thing about the hotel was great apart from one incident in the evening that we stayed there. It was my first time meeting my girlfriend's mum so I decided to take them to this hotel as it has great reviews online and Qingshan Lake is an amzing place. My girlfriend's mum loves to play cards so after dinner we played in the hotel bar which was empty like most hotel bars in China. After buying a bottle of beer that was 4 times more expensive than a supermarket, we played about 3 or 4 hands but then one of the ladies who worked there came over and said we needed to stop playing. I asked why but she had no answer other we couldn't play and should go back to our rooms. Shortly after this her superior arrived and had the same message but again no reason why. I agreed we would leave because it was quite awkward but I asked to be refunded for the beer I had just bought. The manager gave me 38yuan on cash is difficult to spend these days in China, she didn't even make eye contact with me as she slammed it down on the table where we were sat. It was a little bit disappointing because this hotel is definately worth a visit.

The first time I went to Lin'an to stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel, I went to this brand. I thought it would not be bad, but the actual experience effect was not satisfactory. 1. The 2 staff in the hotel lobby are kind and enthusiastic. They take the initiative to ask for gentle and courteous to meet the needs of customers, but the other is to have a tough face. It's hot, so I slept with the windows open all night (17th floor) 3. When I checked in on the first day, I found that the small towel on the sink actually had hair. I didn’t take pictures. The most annoying thing is the breakfast restaurant. The waiters are all aunts and uncles (not to mention for the time being). The buffet is free to use. There is no limit to the number. Or waste it. Even if some hotel restaurants are outsourced, they do not discriminate against the guests. As for other aspects, it is still possible. Is it important to have a few eggs or a few rooms worth high? Think about it, don't pick up the sesame and lose the watermelon! Don't lower the grade because individual personnel discredit the hotel. It does not meet the image of star hotels!

I stayed at this hotel when I came to rafting in August 2022, and I chose this hotel this May Day. The front desk was very nice during the day when I checked in at 4.30 and gave me a small gift. When I checked out at 5.2, I also refunded the parking fee. The store manager was also very nice. This hotel is a garden-style hotel. It is on the roof of Baolong City. The environment is very good. The room is not big but very clean.
