Excellent hotel to book if you are travelling late. Our flight from Zhengzhou got delayed and ended up reaching Hangzhou at 2am. It was a 10 minutes walk from T3 to T4 and the hotel is very comfortable. The front door was not sound proof hence could hear people talking outside. The staff was good and spoke good English. The breakfast was very good having continental options.

This is a very new, clean, smart hotel. Great service. It’s very close to the airport. There are a few stores and market nearby if you need a few things. The hotel has a small gym and a free laundry room if you need to wash clothes on an extended stay. Breakfast is simple but good. I would stay again.

The photos on trip don't match the room types, rooms with 2 beds don't have bathtubs. Despite photos showing.

Convenient location with free shuttle service to and fro airport. Centralised aircon doesnt seem to work, air is still so room is stuffy and warm. Asked the hotel staff about it and they suggested to open the windows to let air in. Showerhead and rainshower looks very old.

There is a parking space at the door, which is very convenient. I felt comfortable from the moment I entered the door. The environment is rated 5 points! The hotel is not far from the airport. The hotel provides airport shuttle service which is very convenient. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The room facilities are a bit old, the bed is relatively comfortable, the breakfast is satisfactory, and the hotel is quite cost-effective.

Hotel location is biased but very close to the subway station, one stop from the airport. All the facilities of the very new hotel are very complete, the health is very clean, the room is quite big, although a bit low, the window is very big and feels very bright. If you can choose this location, you will definitely be satisfied with it. The sound of the plane can be heard but does not affect the rest. The service attitude is very good, there is no sign, no sign, no front desk, it is difficult to find.
