Hotels near Olympic Sports Expo Center Main Stadium in Hangzhou

The hotel was pretty beautiful but the staff wasn’t very keen to help. Concierge wouldn’t help me with 4 huge paintings and 2 suitcases and a saxophone. The dining staff however was really polite friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for foreigners in the time being. I asked for help to take an id photo and I was told by receptionist the hotel had no white wall, smh! Had to ask an Ayi to do it only then did they offer help. They need to train their staff for this branch isn’t living to the Standards of The Hamptons.

My room was “upgraded” on arrival but to my surprise it was to a room with no window even when the hotel had not many guests staying.

What can I say? The family suite is just perfect! It is big enough for 4 people. There are 2 bathrooms, there is even a walking closet area! The location is okay, we walk around 10 minutes to the metro station. I would say the breakfast is the highlight. They provide Western food as well. It is totally worth it!

The hotel in this location is not cheap. When I was in a hurry, I didn't see that this room type has no windows. In fact, the price is relatively high. After all, it also contains a quite rich breakfast and a plate of fruit every day. But there is no window ＆ Industrial wind ＝ The feeling of prison is really serious 😂 Don't mind, after all, the overall environment is very good. The front desk service of the hotel is very good, and the hotel's cleaning aunt is also very enthusiastic. Everything in the room is available. The curtains and pads in the shower room may not be put down for a long time and are a bit moldy.

I will stay at this hotel every time. The room layout is good. The view is very good. The facilities are complete. The service is in place. It is clean and tidy. I will buy something to cook every time. The tableware is from a big brand. Highly recommended.

After work, you can choose your own way of leisure. The room is relatively spacious and has a wide view, with a clear view of the rows of tall buildings outside. There are also a variety of breakfast varieties, many of which are Jiangnan cuisine, which are delicious and provide enough nutrition for the day. The service is attentive and enthusiastic. Especially the young lady named Dai at the front desk, another young lady who was on duty with her on the night of check-in, and the concierge brother Gao Xiaoyu. They are very dedicated and enthusiastic to answer guests' questions and provide assistance to guests as much as possible. The hotel is relatively close to Hangzhou East Railway Station and Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport. It is an ideal hotel for business and family travel.

Near to Citizens square, near with mrt (best way through chenxing road walk down 500m, though not much shops around like street foods. Had a little problem that I booked 2 beds in a room, air conditioner is not cold enough, we asked to change then they gave us at another floor of the same 2 beds, the ac smelled cigarette. So we asked to change again, they said the 2 beds room we choose is kinda like that. So we decided to pick a queen bed size, then they gave us the queen bedroom, this room is impressive so far. It is recommended to check the room first when check in. Bed sheets are clean so far. Breakfast is just so so, 2 days same food buffet served, but the view is great there!

This hotel is new and located very close to the metro line. It helps because you have access to go anywhere from here. The service was on point. They were super helpful to us even though not all the start members could speak English. I really enjoyed the breakfast as there was quite a few western options as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you looking for a short stay in Hangzhou. There are also a few western restaurants that can be delivered to the hotel like Pita’s and Tikka’s. The hotel is super clean as well

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the gym is nice. The lobby maintains its usual style with a bit of literary flair. Although there are not many types of breakfast, it is enough. The only flaw is probably the coffee machine, which almost never works properly. . .
