Pet-friendly Hotels in Hangzhou

This hotel is amazing. Far exceeded my expectations. Finally I know what Platinum Diamond Hotel is called. Catering: Jinsha Restaurant is a Michelin-starred restaurant, offering all-you-can-eat golden-breasted pork (pictured below), Jinsha Chicken, Bamboo Soup, and Braised Abalone Pork. Even during the Chinese New Year, we couldn’t even get in line. Fortunately, the hotel gave priority to guests; we were given hawthorn cakes and nine-bend red plums while we were waiting. Breakfast is a buffet with noodles, braised pork, yogurt platter, hot orange juice, and a variety of exquisite snacks. Room: The bathroom is spacious and bright. There is a pack of dried chrysanthemums for bathing next to the bathtub. Shampoo and shower gel are all top brands. As a gift in the room, there is Gongyan Pu'er, which Emperor Qianlong drank. Service: Because it was off-season, the hotel gave children a free breakfast, upgraded the room type, and gave the children a special bear room card. The hotel has an entertainment program for children every half an hour on average. The room is cleaned twice a day, and new fruits are provided each time, which are the best in season. There will also be a night service every day and small cakes will be delivered. Environment: There is a huge yard, an infinity swimming pool, alpine azaleas, pink plum blossoms, a winding corridor, antique buildings, and a water system among them (as shown below). If you happen to happen to be able to see ”Most Reminiscences” on the hotel's large lake ”It's Hangzhou” performance Location: On the edge of the West Lake, you can take a boat directly from the hotel pier to the West Lake Pier. You can reach Yanggong Embankment in ten minutes' walk from the gate. The hotel is also very close to other Michelin restaurants 🍴, such as Jie Xiang Lou… The hotel is so good, I can’t say enough good things about it Highly recommended! ! ! Spending 5,000 yuan here is so worth it

Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

Stayed here initially for one night but extended our stay due to convienient location, lovely room and laid back atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and did everything to help us despite our Chinese not being great. We stayed in a room on the second floor with a large balcony and windows overlooking the mountains. Eventhough the area gets packed with tourists during the day, there are plenty of side paths you can take and hike to enjoy the peace and quiet of the nature and stunning views.

Some of the best service that I have received in China! I highly recommend this hotel. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived by Samuel at the front desk. All staff have been trained impeccably. Even the house keeper said 'Sorry to disturb you' in the most beautiful English. As a member of the Marriott group, I usually stay in their hotels, but I have to say, these are the best trained staff that I have experienced in China. Adam, the food and beverage manager walked me through the hotel and was incredibly accommodating. The room was beautiful, the facilities are excellent and you can't fault the location if you are looking for tranquillity amongst the hill of Hangzhou. I will be recommending to all my friends.

The room is relatively large, because I booked a villa room first, and secondly, I thought it would be more convenient to stay in the main building. The hotel offered to upgrade me to the original room type for free, because I was in a hurry to go out, and the hotel is also based on the people-oriented management philosophy. The upgrade is complete. It is not in the main building. You can take a shuttle bus back and forth, which is okay. The breakfast is delicious. There is no entertainment in the paddling pool outside, but just playing in the water is a bit monotonous. The hotel service is still warm and thoughtful, and if there is any problem, it will be dealt with in a timely manner. The package I bought this time includes steamed chicken, which is relatively fresh, and it tastes like the original soup, which is more delicious😋

The front desk staff has very good service. The surrounding environment is very good. It is next to the Qiantang River. The surrounding scenery is great. The facilities and equipment are also very new. It is a very good stay experience.

Very good inn with nice atmosphere and warm welcoming in a small typical village. The rooms are clean and our son loved his futon bed! You can appreciate a good breakfast or Chinese or western style. Many activities, books and games are à available for kids. Just nearby, you have small restaurants. A little far from the city center, but convenient if you ride bicycle.

The hotel is really nice and clean, the whole villa complex fits into the surroundings.In the yard there is a bamboo forest and a road to the river.Plenty of places to enjoy,swimming pool,camping tents,meadow, playground.Especially for children.We really liked everything, but we have to be honest and say that for such a high price during the holidays, it is inadmissible for breakfast to be like this,also without a coffee machine...Please, this is the 21st century, these are the basic things.I understand the Chinese style of breakfast and I like it but at least make a buffet and more fruit, more choices.

Like, like, the price/performance ratio is quite high. The front desk of the hotel is always responsive and the service attitude is very good! Thank you to the guy at the front desk for giving me a lot of gifts before leaving🙏

The hotel staff are so amazing. very clean and right next to the lake. the only downside is that it is far from the main attractions， but the metro is nearby. breakfast is very basic, could be much improved, with more options for foreigners. the cleaning lady forgot to replace the hand towels, the hotel thought we took them, do make sure everything is replaced after each clean.
