Ein 4-Sterne Hotel muss ein Restaurant lt. Katalog haben. Das gab es nicht. Auch den Roomservice gab es nicht.
Parkplatzgebühr neuerdings 15 Euro pro Tag, das war in der Vergangenheit nicht so.
Rührei und Würstchen beim Frühstück kalt, andere Auslagen teilweise nicht nachgelegt. (an 2 Tagen).
Handtücher unappetitliche braune Flecken. (an 2 Tagen)

Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Zimmer sind winzig und zu warm. Der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel kostet 15€/Nacht, was deutlich gemacht werden könnte. Das größte Problem, das wir mit dem Hotel hatten, war das folgende: Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht, d.h. die Reinigung sollte erst nach dem Auschecken kommen. Stattdessen stand morgens um 7.40 Uhr plötzlich die Reinigungskraft in unserem Zimmer. An Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken. So ein Fehler sollte definitiv nicht passieren. Wir kommen nicht wieder und würden auch niemandem ein Besuch in diesem Hotel empfehlen.

ich habe vom imFebruar 2024 im Hotel Wienecke XI. Hannover übernachtet. In Vor-Coronazeiten hatte bereits mehrfach dort übernachtet. Laut Kriterienkatalog muss ein 4-Sterne Hotel ein Restaurant haben, das mindestens an 5 Tagen pro Woche geöffnet ist. Das gab es nicht, das Restaurant ist lt. Rezeption dauerhaft geschlossen. Auch den Roomservice lt. Kriterienkatalog gab es nicht. Die Parkplatzgebühr beträgt neuerdings 15 Euro pro Tag, das war in der Vergangenheit nicht so. Rührei und Würstchen beim Frühstück waren kalt, andere Auslagen wurden teilweise nicht nachgelegt (an beiden Tagen). Die Handtücher hatten unappetitliche braune Flecken (an beiden Tagen). Eine Bitte um Stellungnahme wurde nicht beantwortet.

Heater not working Safe not working. Changed room. Heater in new room not working. Internet not working No phone in room No water bottle Key not working so had to get physical key. Horrible experience. Has to stay up late figuring out the heater. Next day has business.

직원들은 친절했고 주위는 조용해서 좋았어요. 물과 차가 방에 준비되지않았고 무알콜 맥주만 2개 있었어요 기본 물은 제공되었으면좋겠고 실내용슬리퍼가 있어으면 좋겠어요 방은 너무어두워서 방에서 할 수 있는건 잠자는거밖에는 없었어요 아침식사는 잘 갖추어져있었어요

They didnt even answer to our complain about slow EV-charging. EV-charging was the only reason why we made a reservation at this hotel, because we had hoped to wake up to a fully charged car.
Dont expect more than 4 kW charging (6A).
We woke up to a partly charged battery and needed to go elsewhere to charge.
No compensation, nor any explanation. Disapointing.

Auch ohne gesetzliche Vorgabe wird im Mai 2022 noch der Impfstatus kontrolliert. Das ist ein grundloser Eingriff in die Privatsphäre der Kunde. Es wird sich auf das Hausrecht berufen, aber vor der Buchung war diese Schikane für mich nicht erkennbar. Der Gipfel ist der Maskenzwang im weitläufigen Hotel. Hier werden zudem FFP2 Masken verlangt, wer diese nicht hat, muss sie für 3 Euro kaufen. Das ist absolute und grundlose Abzocke der Kunden. Niemals wieder werde ich dort buchen.
