"When we arrived, the attendant greeted us rudely, warning us we couldn't enter before 3:00. We were just going to leave our luggage and explore the city! It's completely unnecessary to go on vacation and be scolded. The coffee was nice, but even though we told them to, no trash was taken for three days. This is completely abnormal. You don't change towels, you don't clean, and shouldn't trash be taken out?"

"We originally booked 2 rooms and 3 nights for myself, my wife and son. The facility itself has several steps and stairs which is inconvenient with large luggage. There's a lift that goes to the ground floor but the door only serves as an exit. Bathroom is moldy and smelly. Aircon is not available, made it necessary to open the window which we were reluctant to do because of the surroundings. That brings us to the main point: the neighbourhood is part of red light zone in Hannover, with a ******* nearby. There's even a book at the reception with pictures of naked women. We felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable when we came back to the hotel in the evening. We left after one night and booked another hotel, even though this hotel refused to refund us. This venue is not suitable for families and we wonder why this hotel is even listed on trip.com. Lastly, the pillows are thin, soft and small and upon request we were told they would check for additional/alternative pillows but never followed up. "

First time to visit Hannover with limited time, the hotel’s location made it very convenient to quickly walk around the city for a first impression (very positive first impression - nice city). The only item that the hotel may want to consider is to offer “a la carte” items for breakfast instead of a full buffet. Being on business travel, I do not have the time or need for such a lengthy and heavy breakfast experience. I imagine this could apply to more business travelers."

"The hotel is only short walk from the main train station. There are several restaurants and bars nearby but the hotel was quite quiet. I booked a small single room but I didn't feel cramped in it. It was equipped with usual travel amenity. I had a pleasant stay here. Please note that the room access is by a different entrance from the reception. (still on the same street)"

"This is the accommodation where I stayed for one night on my way from Nuremberg to Hamburg. The staff were very friendly. I asked a lot of questions, and they answered sincerely with a smile. The room was spacious, but it showed signs of being somewhat used. In particular, the area under the sofa bed had not been cleaned at all. ㅠㅠ There was a refrigerator, but no kettle. The entrance to the parking lot was quite narrow, so you need to be careful when driving."

"The hotel is close to the airport, 6 minutes walk. The receptionists is friendly and kind. The room is clean and organized. Perfect to spend the night before or after a flight. The breakfast starts at 5 o'clock in the morning and it has everything. The beds are comfortable. There is a transit to the airport. Very good!"
