"When we arrived, the attendant greeted us rudely, warning us we couldn't enter before 3:00. We were just going to leave our luggage and explore the city! It's completely unnecessary to go on vacation and be scolded. The coffee was nice, but even though we told them to, no trash was taken for three days. This is completely abnormal. You don't change towels, you don't clean, and shouldn't trash be taken out?"

UUweI can't understand the negative reviews on the web about this hotel. We were there two nights and are more than satisfied. Fresh and modernly renovated, friendly staff and super breakfast! The only reason for meking - our standard room could have been half a meter wide in the area of the bed. But that we would like to buy, taking into account the really optimal price-performance ratio. We're happy to come back!

GGuest UserThe hotel really exceeded our expectations. Very nice service, very clean, nice staff. The location in the north of Hanover means that you have to drive into the city center - but the S-Bahn stop is right next to the hotel, so it's not really a big problem.
We would visit the hotel again and can only recommend it.

IIrene ZIYiThe service staff at the counter are very kind. When you arrive early, they will take the initiative to store your luggage and help you book accommodation first. So I went out to buy something and then came back and checked in early at around 2:30. The location of the hotel It's right behind the station, so it's very convenient if you want to buy things. It's recommended to travelers.
The location is at the back of the station, so if you walk to the front, you will find the main entrance of the station and the city. It is within walking distance and the location is really excellent.
There are almost some police patrols next to the hotel, so the security is very good.
