位置好，設施老，服務好，早餐沒有國內的同星級豐富但是食物質量非常好👍。離中央車站和地鐵站步行三分鐘。周邊很多購物商場以及餐館。

預訂的時候沒有早餐選項，酒店現付早餐費用是29歐每人每早餐。酒店位置很好，就在市中心，距離火車站什麼的都挺近。

Executive Zimmer haben eine schöne Größe mit gutem Badezimmer. Das Hotelerlebnis ist jedoch deutlich von einem 5-Sterne-Aufenthalt entfernt: -Name Recognition ist nicht vorhanden. Auch nach 5 Übernachtungen wird man weder von der Rezeption noch im Service mit Namen angesprochen. Und der Frühstücksservice interessiert sich nur für die Zimmernummer, nicht den Gast. Auch von der Rezeption bekommt man nur ein unpersönliches „Hallo“ angeboten. Niemals Smalltalk, keine Nachfrage hinsichtlich des Aufenthalterlebnisses. -Angesichts eines Frühstückpreises von €36 erscheint ein Obstsalat, der im wesentlichen aus geschnittenen Äpfeln besteht zu einfach. Und die warme Speisekarte zeigt nur Spiegel- und Rühreier, kein Egg Benedict, French Toast, Minute Steak u.ä. -Das Hotel präsentiert sich als „einziges 5-Sterne-Hotel in Hannover“. Dann erwarte ich als Gast auch einen Servicelevel, der diesem Anspruch gerecht wird. -Fairerweise möchte ich hinzufügen, dass auch der Übernachtungspreis deutlich von 5-Sterne-Niveau entfernt ist.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Ich hatte meine Reservierung einen Tag zu früh gemacht. Sehr kulante Reaktion beim Anmelden. Mir wurde ein schönes und höherweriges Zimmer angeboten ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Und das Abendessen war auch sehr gut. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Very nice hotel well located in Hannover. Exec rooms very large with opening windows which is great although the hotel wasn’t over heated or stuffy. Breakfast very good and very nice staff throughout. Limited English language tv channels.

Der Empfang war leider unterirdisch. Alles andere kann das nicht aufheben. Auch andere scheinen in diesem Bereich eher weniger positive Erfahrungen gesammelt zu haben. Was echt schade ist, denn das Hotel macht erstmal einen guten Eindruck und so hat man natürlich auch die Erwartungen. Eben besser bedient und in Empfang genommen zu werden als in einer beliebigen Absteige. Naja schade leider.

We stayed there a week during a trade show. On *********** I saw there by chance room prices above 1000 €. What do you get for it ? The rooms are top notch, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. We checked in on a Sunday evening and found out that our room ( 3rd floor) did not have internet. We informed the staff at check in, who reluctantly said they would fix it. We told them again on Tuesday evening, having in the meantime met some of our neighbours also sitting on the stairs for getting internet. Needless to say that even on Friday when we left nobody had fixed it. I talked about it at check-out, no apology ,nada. Breakfast is the slowest I have ever seen. When I ordered some fried eggs I was told that this would take 20 minutes. In general the staff at breakfast showed their incompetence also at other tables. Some people waited 30 minutes for their scrambled eggs During the week we entered the hotel restaurant one evning at 20:25. It was empty and a pretty arrogant maitre told us "everything is reserved". We found a good Italian restaurant nearby. When we returned at 10 pm we heard from collegues in the bar, that nobody had eaten there. He succeeded avoiding servicing cutsomers The only highlight in customer service in this hotel is the small bar. The long time bar chief is very friendly and fast, he makes you feel at home.

Really lovely hotel … service professional rooms nice … food fab ….great location for shopping …. Business services excellent ( meeting rooms / lunches etc) Breakfast room service gorgeous. One tiny issue if your room overlooks the road… is the street noise early in the morning …. Machines / road sweepers etc …
