Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut. Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war meine Mischbatterie der Dusche defekt. Es kam nur kochendes Wasser aus der Dusche. Abends konnte ich das nicht melden, die Rezeption war bereits nicht mehr besetzt. Morgens konnte dann keiner etwas machen. Eine Kompensation erfolgte nicht. So geht das Natürlich nicht. Daher die Bewertung.

Das Hotel hat aus meiner Sicht die beste Lage: Sehenswürdigkeiten, Grünanlagen, Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten entfernt. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und kompetent. Ich fühlte mich mit meiner Hündin eine Woche lang fast wie zu Hause. Ein Hotelgast hat den Zugang zum Kaffeeautomaten und kann sich auch den Tee zubereiten- Beides in hoher Qualität. Die Atmosphäre war privat und angenehm.

Die Buchung für das Arthotel ANA habe ich 3 (!) Wochen vor meiner Anreise getätigt, über unseren Reiseservice. Explizit war die späte Anreise garantiert und die Buchung bestätigt. Als ich vorgestern ankam, stand ich vor einer verschlossenen Tür, kein Personal anwesend. Den Anruf beim Hotel hat ein anderes Hotel in Hamburg (!) entgegengenommen, das meine Buchung nicht finden konnte. Nachdem ich diese nochmal zugeschickt habe, hieß es, dass das Hotel voll ausgebucht wäre, man mir nicht weiterhelfen könnte und sich jemand vom Hotel morgen bei mir melden würde…darauf warte ich noch immer. Der ganze Vorgang dauerte mehr als eine Stunde und da ich erst sehr spät, um 23:30h angekommen war (Zugausfall und übliche Verspätung der DB) stand ich um 00:45h ohne ein Hotel, Zimmer oder sonstwas in Hannover auf der Strasse. Beide Abflüsse im Zimmer liefen nicht richtig. Dusche ist nach 5 Minuten übergelaufen. Sauberkeit im Bad war nicht ganz so toll. Schimmel an einer Ecke der Duschtasse.

Der Name lässt Gutes erwarten. Offenbar hatte das Haus bessere Zeiten. Mein Zimmer wirkte verwohnt, im Bad fehlte es an Sauberkeit und die Sanitäranlagen ungepflegt. Dicker Urinstein in der Toilette, Fliesen nicht sauber. Besonders kreativ das House-Keeping: Als ich am ersten Tag wieder ins Haus zurück kam, hing das „ Nicht stören“ Schild außer an der Zimmertür. Drinnen war kein Bett gemacht, kein Handtuch gewechselt, nicht geputzt. Wohlgemerkt: ich hatte das Schild nicht herausgehängt. Frühstücksbereich und Lobby ok. Lächeln nicht inclusive.
