Every employee is friendly and has a smile for you. Did not hear one „no“ if asked for changes or additional amenities. Definitely my place to stay in Hannover.

The hotel really exceeded our expectations. Very nice service, very clean, nice staff. The location in the north of Hanover means that you have to drive into the city center - but the S-Bahn stop is right next to the hotel, so it's not really a big problem. We would visit the hotel again and can only recommend it.

Nice room, clean, huge flat screen (the first TV I've actually used in a hotel room). Nice restaurant downstairs, very busy. I'd recommend it 👍

This hotel is convenient situated and very nice rooms It is easy to walk around. But if you have a electric car be prepared for a fallback to 1950 :-) 1) There are only two charging points on “ first come first serve order” 2) you have to make a CASH deposit ( 50 €) for the charging keycard ( meaning if you don’t have cash with you, like most people outside Germany, you can’t get the key card) 3) the amount of charged KW has to be read out manually be the staff, in another room, not at the reception. This takes time. 4) They want to subtract the charged amount from the deposit. Meaning you will receive both cash and coins after the charging 5) THIS TAKES TIME

Good location,6 stations to Kröpcke.The room’s spacious and comfortable.There was no AC in, but windows opening.Breakfast was rich.The hotel has own restaurant.The food is delicious&ambiance is good.Employees are collaborative 👍🏻.

Spacious rooms. Cool decoration. Very clean all over and very friendly staff. Parking close by a fine gym and a disco ball in the bathroom. Nice big windows and nice view. The breakfast was one of the best hotel’s breakfast we have had for a long time.

The hotel is designed to be cool. But there are details that need attention. The floors of the room were very dusty and dirty. The linens and bathroom were clean and new. The bed was comfortable. The shag carpet in the hall gave me the creeps - if the floor of the room was dirty - what is lurking in the hall carpet? And it was not easy to roll my suitcase through the carpet. There is a weird lightshow in the bathroom and a strange one-way mirror from the room into the shower - why? There is only one somewhat comfortable chair in the room which left the other person sitting on the bed or the chair for the desk. There is no refrigerator in the room. The parking is expensive although we were able to find free street parking on the second night. The windows on the exterior of the building were very dirty - so the view was obscured. There weren't many people staying at the hotel so it was quiet but if it was full I believe that there would have been noise from room to room. Would find somewhere else the next time we are in Hannover.

Unfortunately we had some problems starting from the reception of a receptionist and not only but luckily we were then assisted by another very kind colleague (maybe Dario?) who solved all the problems and we were fine thanks to him; huge room, very beautiful view, comfortable bathroom, nothing to say; convenient parking and super proximity to the tram stop that allows you to easily go to the city center without having to take the car; I didn't like the breakfast unfortunately (I have to say it even if it was offered to me); overall satisfied anyway.

Gute ruhige Lage mit Blick über die Stadt, (kostenpflichtiges) Parkhaus nebenan, kurzer Weg zum ÖPNV, in gut 10‘ ist man im Zentrum von Hannover. Sehr großer Fernseher. Schickes Duschbad. Tolles großes kingsize Bett. Gutes Restaurant, gehobene Preise. Freundliches Personal.

Das Hotel liegt im Norden Hannovers in einem Wohngebiet und recht nahe an der Autobahn. Der Check-In war schnell und freundlich. Da die Aufzüge derzeit im vorderen Teil nicht funktioniert haben, musste man durch das Fitnessstudio, um zu den hinteren Aufzügen gelangen, sicherlich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung, jedoch gefällt mir dieser Loft-Style mit Betondecken überhaupt nicht. Es war extrem heiß an dem Tag und leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, so dass man versuchen musste über die großen Fenster zu lüften. Hier gibt es aber Doppelfenster und man kann nur die vorderen Fenster komplett öffnen und das dahinter liegende Fenster nur sehr minimalistisch, war alles nicht ideal. Dafür hat hingegen wieder das Frühstück vollends überzeugt. Hier gab es eine große Auswahl an Brötchen, Brot, Käse, Wurst, Marmelade oder Eierspeisen. Parken kann man kostenfrei in dem Wohngebiet um die Ecke.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie. Gebucht waren zwei Doppelzimmer (für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder), vor Ort wurde uns der Tausch mit einem Familienzimmer (mit 2 Queensize-Betten) angeboten, was wir angenommen haben. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sehr gepflegt, ruhig im ersten Stock gelegen, sodass wir eine sehr gute Nacht hatten. Essen im Restaurant war bestens, netter Service, gute Drinks. Die Kinder waren vom VW-Bulli in der Lobby begeistert. Frühstück war reichhaltig, es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt.

Rundum angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt, ruhiges Zimmer und gutes Restaurant mit sehr guter Atmosphäre.
