My single room was very spacious, furnished to a high standard, very clean and quiet. The staff was very professional and courteous both at reception and at breakfast. Yes, in the cellar, it takes some getting used to despite the clever lighting, but it is very well looked after, no crowding at the buffet, good quality of food and drinks. I have been there over and over again for many years and have always been very satisfied. However, you shouldn't be fooled by the name: it's not a "grand hotel", but neither is it in terms of price.

Świetnie położony hotel naprzeciw hannoverskiego dworca kolejowego, w pobliżu starówki, z jasnymi, przestronnymi pokojami. Bardzo gustowne wnętrza, miła obsługa, również w języku polskim. Piękna łazienka, w dobrym, klasycznym stylu.

The Grand Hotel Mussmann is located in the immediate vicinity of Hanover main station and makes an inconspicuous impression from the outside. When you enter, it appears simple and you can't see or feel anything of the "grand" at first: the reception is simple and there is no pomp or ostentation in the foyer. The individual charm begins with the name of the rooms: no numbers, but individual names and displays outside the hallway that show this again. The rooms are very beautiful, designed with care and understanding. Everything is in its place, very spacious, the toilet has its own area and the bathroom is spacious. The desk is large and not cluttered with things you don't need. There are enough sockets, which you can never have too many of these days. The night in a very comfortable bed with a decent duvet and a selection of pillows and the next morning you jump into the shower, where you are further refreshed with various light impressions and music. You can see that I had a good time at the Hotel Mussmann and see a clear recommendation here. Of course, this also applies to the excellent breakfast buffet. My start as a newcomer to Hanover was very positive and the Hotel Mussmann made a significant contribution to this.

Sehr positive Erfahrungen Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Zimmer modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage hervorragend, auch wenn’s neben dem Bahnhof liegt. Ich werde sicher wieder hier buchen und zwar direkt ohne Platform.

Die großen Zimmer haben keine Nummern, sondern Bezeichnungen, wie z.B. "Seerosen". Für die Leistung ist der Preis sehr fair. Gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen (Tiefgarage vorhanden) und direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Luxuriöses und toll ausgestattetes Zimmer. Sehr große Dusche und separates WC. Top Betten! Zum Innenhof ist es sehr ruhig. Sehr netter Empfang (24 Stunden besetzt) mit vielen Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants usw. Sehr sauber und alles wirkt edel und neu. Frühstück ist ok und man wird sehr nett bedient.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt Vielen Dank an das Personal an der Rezeption für den freundlichen Empfang. Sie erzählten alle Details über das Hotel. Vielen Dank an die kurzhaarige Dame, die das Frühstück angenehm und perfekt gemacht hat. Die Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Danke an alle. hoffen, Sie so bald wie möglich wiederzusehen
