Short stay visiting family. Hotel in good location, next to supermarket and subway station. Although on main road it was quiet. Good size, very clean basic room. Comfy beds, excellent shower. Didn’t have breakfast but was reasonably priced. Only con was no tea/ coffee facility in the room but there was a vending machine in reception

For the first time here, I chose a hotel with a relatively high evaluation. I was not disappointed. The room space is quite large, the breakfast is average, and you can eat whatever you want. This hotel is suitable for people who come by car. The location is a bit off. There are not many restaurants around. If you want to eat, you have to drive to the town, but it won't be too far.

There are many comfortable hotels, but here I felt well from the first second. Single rooms are rarely attractive, but in this hotel it is beautiful. Breed bed with extra-long bed cover, refrigerator, coffee corner, many warm light sources, safe. All in covered, calming colours. The bathroom has a large shower with decent water pressure. Rooms are relatively small, but not at all tight. The restaurant offers a small selection of food. Breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open. All staff are consistently friendly and very attentive. I also liked the situation.

We stayed in a junior suite this past weekend. I have always felt safe here in the past. Not this time! On Sunday, the supposed head of housekeeping entered our room twice claiming to be checking for housekeeping. The first time with a light knock at 9 am. I explained we would be checking out at 11 or 12. We placed a do not disturb(DND) sign on the door and went to breakfast. Upon re-entering the room, the DND was on the floor and the door closed. And there stood the same man trying to quickly enter the bathroom! At first he appeared hostile, then tried to fob it all off since the DND was on the floor. One quick look would show my daughter's carry on located on the floor right next to the door! My husband's rain jacket hung in clear sightc from the door! I found my tote was zippered in the wrong direction! We checked all our possession and the safe - it appeared all was there. If someone needs to be in your room, the door should always be OPEN! SINCE I ENTERED THE ROOM BY MYSELF, THIS INCIDENT TRIGGERED PAST CONFRONTATIONAL ISSUES!!!!! I reported the incident to the staff without my trigger issue. Was profusely apologized to. I was told this would be reported to the management who should be in touch but the only recourse is a damn survey?!?

The staff is very good! I need to use the car to carry my luggage. The taxi company that the front desk helped me contact~ In addition, the hotel is very close to the tram station, convenient transportation, there is a big supermarket nearby, shopping is also very convenient.

We were a tour group from the UK visting Europe. We stayed here for one night as part of our tour. Room was clean and spacious, peaceful and had a decent nights sleep. On arrival no meals were available in the restaurant for the group. Brits in our tour group were not able to be served in the bar either it was thought to be due to staff shortages. Beer was available at Subway a short walk away. Breakfast next morning was decent - a good choice available that met our requirements, nicely prepared. A decent one night stay.
