The accommodation environment is clean and comfortable, and the transportation and attractions are convenient.

Staff was extremely friendly upon arrival. Breakfast was good other than I would have preferred more fruit. Air conditioning didn’t keep my room as cool as I would have liked, thankfully there was a fan. I loved the location!!

We stayed at the Ha Noi Grand Fiesta for 2 nights. We had a great time!!! The hotel staff was beyond accommodating, their customer service was well above standards. If we had any questions they were answered with multiple options. We even booked our three day two night cruise through them at a great price. We got the connecting room option and it was different than what we expected, but NOT in a bad way. They were two fulled sized rooms on the 9th floor. So basically we had the entire 9th floor of the hotel. Or 17 year old was beyond happy with this option!!! Now it is a boutique hotel, so it is small and while recently remodeled needs a few finishing touches. But I PROMISE you any and I mean ANY shortcoming of this hotel are immediately made up by the price point and the location!!!! You have every shop, restaurant, market whatever right outside the front door. You will walk A LOT! It’s so close to everything, you spend all day doing everything. We went to train street TWICE! It was that much fun. Pro-tip- download the grab app for anything further than walking distance. Much cheaper. The hotel organized our taxi from the airport to the hotel. It was nice having someone there with our name waiting to take us to the hotel. Leaving we got a grab. It was only $3 cheaper. So that tells you the quality of their services at the hotel. They don’t over inflate prices. Breakfast? Yes, and it’s great. Again the staff is above accommodating. You want your egg cooked a certain way, no problem. Consider it done. The bottom line of this review (if you have read this far) is that the hotel is we worth the money. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in Old Quarter.
