"What an absolutely lovely little hotel! Located 10 minutes by car from the airport this was a last minute booking due to a delay in our connection flight and I'm so glad we chose to stay here. The decor is gorgeous, everything feels brand new and it's like a little slice of glitz and glamour. The room was very large for the size of the hotel with a walk in shower and full size sink and plenty of room to stand and dress in the bathroom. A large wardrobe and lots of floor space around the queen size bed. The whole place was impeccably clean and the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The surrounding neighborhood felt quite run down so this hotel was such a surprise tucked away in the side. They also provided free taxis back to the airport which we had to book the night before we left. I didn't get a chance to use the pool as we were so exhausted from the flight already. The restaurant, which was small but enough for the size of the hotel, was great. We had to order from the main reception desk before taking our seats in the restaurant. The decor again was beautiful and everything was clean. The food was lovely and the service was quick with polite and professional staff. I would absolutely choose to stay here again. "Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The room looked exactly like the photos – beautiful, well-equipped, and with a super comfy bed. The view from the window was also lovely. The host was incredibly responsive, providing detailed check-in instructions that made the whole process seamless. The location is excellent too, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Overall, a very satisfying stay and highly recommended!"

"Everything is perfect if you're looking for a quiet location. European cafes are nearby, and the city center is a 15-minute taxi ride away. It's nice to run around the lake. The room is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Very cozy. Thank you."

"We had a nice stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly! thank you Moon, Edward, Huan, and the kitchen team as well! We stayed a total of 7 days: 6 nights in a room with windows and two separate beds, and one night in a standard room. The standard room has an inside window and can be a bit noisy. The cleaning wasn’t equally thorough every day, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was good, though a little early if you’re a late sleeper. Greetings from the ladies from Amsterdam 😊"

"I booked a bunk bed type with all female occupants. The location is great once you know how to navigation the places around. But at first it was very confusion for me to locate it since it’s situation in one of the small alleys and haven’t notice right away the small sign of thier hostel name. But over all it was a good location bec it’s really just in the middle if the old quarter, a few walks to the night market, Hoan Kiem lake, Cathedral and many beautiful and instagrammable cafes like the Always Cafe( Harry potter themed cafe). The amenities are good and the toilets are cleaned properly. The attendants speaks English well."

"Good price for quality and service.  Rooms are big. Nice pool and gym.  Good massage package (20% discount and 15 minutes for free).  Wi-Fi rather weak. Hotel located a bit far from center in a loud street (but good location if you aim for stadium)"

"Chose this place because of good reviews but was disappointing. Ground floor cafeteria smelled of stale urine the first 2 days I was there. Took a rook with window and got scammed as the window faced a wall 2 feet away so it was dark with no natural lighting. I'm OK with the alleyway that other travellers talk about as this is normal for vietnam. Bathtub poorly designed sucu that it kept leaking on floor and caused floor to be wet."

"It is very near the airport and the hotel was clean. The owner even offerred to pick us up at airport at a very low price even veryblate at night we arrived. Love it highly rexommended. Driver will chat with you via whatsapp thru trip messaging"

"The hotel staff were polite and very helpful, especially with handling our luggage. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. A special mention goes to the bathtub—my partner, who is particularly mindful of cleanliness, gave it her full approval. That alone earns a big thumbs up from us! Would definitely book the same hotel the next time we travel to Vietnam!"

"I really enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk to West Lake, close to the mall, and surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants and cozy cafés. It makes it so easy to explore and relax at the same time. The breakfast was also tasty with a good variety.
