"The hotel has a very beautiful and impressive design. The front desk staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to assist me. The room was comfortable, fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay. I was truly satisfied with the quality of service provided.
Breakfast was delicious and varied, with made-to-order eggs and Pho, both of which were excellent. The hotel and guest rooms were kept very clean. If I had known about this hotel earlier, I would have chosen to stay here from the very beginning of my trip to Vietnam.
Overall, this was a very complete and memorable stay. I was satisfied in every aspect, and I will definitely choose to stay here again."

"When on a business trip the location is unbeatable because you are right next to the business district and skip all the traffic. If on a tourist trip I would stay elsewhere. The rooms are spacious with well working airconditioning, the floor could be cleaner so keep your slippers on 🙂
The rooms on the front side are noisy due to the constant horning of traffic, back side is ok.
The friendly staff allowed me to switch rooms during my stay. I would definitely return."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe service was excellent, even better than what I've experienced at the same brand domestically. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and the Vietnamese section was incredibly authentic; every dish was satisfying. Staying at this hotel felt like a true vacation – the environment was quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing during the ***** New Year. The gym was well-equipped with a great view, which really boosted my mood while working out. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hanoi.
GGuest UserGreat hotel, cleanliness is up to standard, water heater is constant, air conditioning is great no stench smell, staff friendliness and customer service is top notch, I do not usually bother to leave review but this hotel definitely deserve a good review, however I wish that maybe there can be more varieties of breakfast.
On top of that I will like to compliment staff Miss Fancy, her attention to details and customer service is one of the best, I personally feel she should be groom and given the opportunity of a management role.
Really satisfied and had a wonderful stay at this hotel !!!
GGuest UserThe apartment was clean and well-equipped, fully furnished. I stayed in the apartment and it was cleaned regularly according to the schedule I notified in advance. The cleaning staff were very kind. I will definitely come back next time.
MMorison MorisonThe hotel location is very perfect, and easy to go to anywhere in old quarter. I like stay in here cause easy to go to pub, eating place, spa, and so many shop and eateries in here. But the very important thing is cindy because she is friendly and care to us and to the people stay in here and every morning she come to breakfast area and coming to our table too in the breakfast time and asking what we need for breakfast and anything we need for breakfast and in the hotel and chit chat with us. Before we going to airport and she give us 2 gift of this coffee. All the staff in this hotel very help and friendly and room boy helps us to bring our luggage to lobby hotel. Only 1 things this hotel need to improve is the gym, cause the gym don't have many equipment for doing the gym. Everything is perfect, keep going with your service. We will come back again to this hotel when we come to hanoi again. Thanks you all staff and cindy and this hotel splendid premium hotel. 👍👍👍
GGuest UserThe air conditioning in the room worked great and the Wi-Fi was very stable. The staff were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to messages. There's a handy hairdryer in the room. Plus, there are lots of good restaurants nearby, making dining super convenient. The service here is truly top-notch.
GGuest UserParagon Hotel is definitely the go-to for a short stay. It is very close to the airport and very convenient for any transfer out of Hanoi. The hotel provided necessary amenities, beautiful rooftop scenery overlooking the airport, a balcony in the room, and it was quiet at night.
GGuest UserThis hotel has both prominent pros and cons. The room offers a great view, it has a smart toilet, the rooftop infinity pool is fantastic, and the gym is pretty good. Breakfast is also varied and ample. However, the downside is that it gets very crowded, and the cleanliness is only so-so.

JJacob-WThe room decor is a bit dated, but it's well-maintained. The twin room felt a bit small because of the beds, and I was slightly disappointed there was no bathtub, as previous stays at this hotel always had one. This is a standard large hotel, featuring a swimming pool, gym, and spa. The buffet restaurant also meets typical large hotel standards, offering a rich variety of Western, Japanese, and Vietnamese cuisine. I've always been very satisfied.

GGuest UserRephrase nicely and polite please: the overall experience was good (close to the mart - reasonable price, pickball, tennis/table tennis/pool 8 balls/ and swimming on site) until s male receptionist named Hieu decided to go above and beyond to tell us that he needed to check the room. It was around 12ish. We showed him the booking via trip.com. it stated thay we have until 2pm to check out. He refused to accept it. I asked if i could speak to a manager, this big ego guy was adamant thay it will still be the same outcome and threatened if we dont check out now there will be additional fee cherged for late checkout. We went to see a manager and she confirmed indeed it was 2pm. His ego crashed and hid inside another room to get away from embarrassment. Then at 1.40pm we recieved a call from trip.com telling us that the hotel rang them to remind us to check out. We told trip.com that it was your plateform thay stated 2pm. This is well within the allowable time frame. We even told them the hotel manager confirmed it was 2pm check out. Why they simply take instructions from a guy named hieu seeking his little revenge without checking the facts. I was wondering about his motivation and why he picked on us...and how did he know we were to check out today..only a few reasons i could come up with and money is probably one of them. There was no apology or nothing but a cold look exchange.
Here’s a more polished and polite version of your message while still keeping your point clear:
Overall, our stay was pleasant. The location is convenient (close to the mart), the price is reasonable, and we appreciated the range of on-site facilities such as pickleball, tennis, table tennis, pool, and swimming.
However, our experience was unfortunately affected by an incident with a male receptionist named Hieu. At around 12:00 pm, he approached us insisting that we check out so he could inspect the room. We showed him our booking confirmation via Trip.com, which clearly stated that our check-out time was 2:00 pm. Despite this, he refused to acknowledge it.
When I politely asked to speak with a manager, he insisted that the outcome would not change and warned that we would be charged an additional fee if we did not check out immediately. We then spoke directly with the manager, who confirmed that our check-out time was indeed 2:00 pm.
Later, at around 1:40 pm, we received a call from Trip.com informing us that the hotel had contacted them to remind us to check out. We clarified that our booking clearly allowed check-out until 2:00 pm and that this had already been confirmed by the hotel manager. It was disappointing that this follow-up occurred without verifying the situation properly.
The situation left us feeling uncomfortable, particularly as there was no apology or clarification afterward—only a rather cold interaction. While the facilities and overall stay were enjoyable, this experience with staff communication and handling of the situation was disappointing. We were pleased with the rest of our interactions with other staff there. Thank you for your warm and welcoming service.
GGuest UserThe room was very spacious, the bathroom, towels, and sheets were clean. It felt luxurious!
The problem I had was mainly the communication, I was told that I will receive check-in instructions on the check-in day, they ignored my messages through trip.com, ended up calling my host on whatsapp to know the exact location, and was only told to send a passport photo. I understand they must be worried about security (and it's self check-in) but this way of system does not feel very safe for guests either. We sorted it out in the end, but it didn't feel very friendly overall.
I think the cleaner must only be checking the obvious places, because when I moved the table mat on the dining table, it was drenched with maybe soy sauce? I didn't mind cleaning up after, but some other guests would be pretty bothered by this.
The room itself was very nice. I would recommend staying if they had a better system!
