"First time in Hanoi, Vietnam, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel room was incredibly spacious, a one-bedroom apartment with a living room and a balcony, which was super convenient for smoking. I had a fantastic three-night stay. It was scorching hot in May, but the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and provided attentive service. Everything was affordable, and life felt simple here. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone looking to experience a slower pace of life."

GGuest UserFirstly the manager Linh Hoai, saved my life. I was without a hotel at night and this was the only remaining chance,I called her with the free internet call and she pick up!!! I also didn’t even need to pay to check in immediately, it was done the next day. She gave clear instructions on how to check in and out. The hotel had everything, water, towels, slippers, cups, hangers and hair dryer, it doesn’t have tooth brush so remember to bring. The room was spacious and big and the aircon was great, the bed firm and the pillows are soft! This is definitely a good spot, even though there’s no lift, the surrounding area help pay it off it’s literally a blessing. Because there’s so many supper places night, you got chicken Pho and Banh Mi, and other food!! The locals queue for it it can be 10-20 minute wait, completely different taste from other stores very unique!!! The supper place opens from night till 6am ^^ so if youchekd in from sapa or Nimh Binh in the morning you’ll be sure to fill your stomachs. you also can’t hear anything the room is sound proof, and in the morning it becomes a market, full of life vegetables, fruits and etc…. A lot of locals come and buy here and you can experience and be one with the culture walking around! You can do laundry service it’s 35000Dong for one kg and extend late check out if possible ! Really a good spot and blessing, there’s even cute dogs in the morning below ><
YYYjacksonYYHad a fantastic stay! The host was super thoughtful, and the place was impeccably clean. What really stood out was how well-designed and comfortable the interior felt. I honestly didn't expect such neatness from a room priced around 100, but it completely exceeded my expectations. If I ever come back to Hanoi, I'd definitely stay here again. Great value for money!
GGuest UserSuper hotel, feels brand new! The hostess is very welcoming. The room has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. There's a shared kitchen on the 6th floor, easily the best I've seen for this price range. The only thing is it's a bus ride to the center, but a taxi is better. There's only one chain store nearby, about a 3-minute walk. I recommend it if you want a comfortable overnight stay at a fair price.
GGuest UserThe air conditioning in the room worked great and the Wi-Fi was very stable. The staff were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to messages. There's a handy hairdryer in the room. Plus, there are lots of good restaurants nearby, making dining super convenient. The service here is truly top-notch.
AAndrePhilippYTIt‘s not a bad homestay. The only thing is you can listen the traffic very loud almost 24/7. The shower doesn’t worked so I had to ask. Friendly employees.
About the traffic it can makes you feel sick so maybe you don’t stay for long there if you aren’t used to it but that’s generally a big issue in Hanoi that the people make noise without reasons.
JJackCheng chenghuangzuoThe room is clean and in P4. You can call in the lobby to let them know you have arrived. The lady can speak Chinese. Check-in is very convenient. Because it is an apartment, the lady will take you upstairs to check in. You can check out the next day by closing the door and leaving. The deposit will be returned to your account on time. It is convenient and fast, and the service attitude is very good. The key is to speak Chinese.
GGuest UserI really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.
Rryne.srjno problem with cleanliness, nice little balcony, too good for the price. there's also a projector to watch movie. the only thing that was not the same was that there was no washing machine as shown in the photo.
a tip is to get Zalo first and contact the homestay via Zalo. they also allow you to check in around 30 min-1 hr early. some good sticky rice and supermarket nearby.
VVannRPhGood value: Reviews suggest the sleeper bus offers a good balance between price and comfort, with one source listing prices from around $18 USD per person.
Comfortable beds: The buses often feature soft beds in individual capsules, providing a good degree of privacy.
Amenities: Many services include air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and blankets, with some also offering a bottle of water.
Booking ease: Users have booked through Klook, and some found it easy and with good reviews, although they also noted that booking directly with a specific company like Sao Viet was an option.
GGuest UserI had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very understanding throughout my visit. The amenities provided were great, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I’d definitely stay here again.
