The newly opened hotel is located by the West Lake with beautiful scenery. It has two rooms in one house and a large space. The kitchen and washing machine are fully equipped. The front desk staff has a very good attitude. My friend even helped me buy sanitary napkins when I was on my period. Thank you very much.

Mình lên hà nội chơi nên đã đặt phòng 3n2đ để tiện nghỉ ngơi và đi lại . Cũng đã từng đi và đặt nhiều khách sạn lẫn nơi nghỉ nhưng đây là lần đầu tiên thấy có một chỗ mà dịch vụ lại quá kém tới như vậy.
Cũng như các khách sạn khác giờ nhận phòng là sau 14:00 và giờ trả phòng 12:00 . Thì bọn mình do có việc nên tới nhận phòng lúc 16:40 ( sau hơn 2 tiếng) nhưng nhân viên phục vụ bảo là ”chưa dọn phòng kịp , 2 đứa đi chơi một lúc đi rồi quay lại” ) . Mình hỏi lại ” Ủa , bây giờ là 16:40 rồi mà sao lại chưa dọn ạ ? Thì nhân viên đáp lại với giọng thái độ ” Tại nay có một người dọn nên không kịp.” 🤦🏼🤦🏼 bọn mình cũng cho qua . Rồi tới ngày trả phòng . Bọn mình cũng biết phải trả phòng trước 12:00 nên từ 11h bọn mình đã bắt đầu dọn phòng dần . Thì đúng 11:16 nhân viên lên bấm chuông 2 lần nói với một tông giọng cũng thái độ . ”đến giờ trả phòng rồi ” . Mình đáp lại rằng ” vâng bọn cháu đang dọn đây ạ.” Sau đó 11:36 bọn mình đi xuống và trả lại khoá phòng .
Về tiện nghi với phòng thì đối với mình cũng khá ổn so với giá . Nhưng chỉ duy nhất dịch vụ khách hàng là mình thấy rất k hài lòng .
Mọi người nếu đặt phòng thì cũng nên cân nhắc ạ !!!

Customer service handled requests regarding room changes very quickly. The security guard was friendly. The room was basically fully furnished.
Note:
- you need to buy your own water because there is no water in the room.
- The security guard also cleans the room so the room is not as clean as other Era facilities.

i have arrived a bit late to the hotel and was welcomed to check in . its small hotel , small rooms , it has lift with the parked motorbikes inside the premises , unfortunately there was noisy construction next door . very friendly and helpful staff

YYeI had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The host was very friendly and welcoming. She is a tour guide and helped me explore many interesting places in Hanoi. The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet, making me feel right at home. Although it wasn't a luxury room, the service here was truly impressive. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist. I was very satisfied and will definitely return if I have the chance.

AAnzhelika PetrovaAlmost all was fine. It's not perfectly clean, but still has all needed staff. It would be better to have place for clothes, because in other place there were some kitchen staff, but generely living there was good enough. I arrived late, so no problem to check-in by yourself. The host was always online and ready to help
Be prepared, that bed pretty hard, but I liked it
I also was able to wash my clothes upstairs. The one thing was that they have cat upstairs in the cell and it in terrible condition. It had almost no hair on the back of her head, it was full of fleas and she slept in her litter box with poop. Hope you can give for it more pleasent condition

There is an online celebrity dessert opposite. It's very quiet. It's very convenient to go out to eat. Second My check-out money 💰I forgot my bag in the room. The manager of the hotel didn’t ask my name, but said that I forgot my wallet and gave it to me. Thank you very much. There are two handsome guys at the counter in the hotel~ Help with luggage. The service is great. It is recommended to stay. Mai introduced that the hotel also has rooms for 5-6 people. It is very affordable, but the service is five-star

GGuest UserFriendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, very near the Turtle Sword Lake. Bed was comfortable, slept well enough. Sheets and towels seem over bleached through washing (which is usually the way with these kinds of hotels). Shower and WC to a good standard. I had a balcony room which was nice to get a sense of being in the hustle and bustle of the Hanoi streets. Quiet enough at night however, no excessive noise so no problem sleeping. Overall, not bad value considering in centre of the old quarter.

KKhang Vi NguyenPlease note that the bathroom is shared with another room (and located outside in the hall). However it does not affect the cleanliness and quality of the stay. Overall very worth it for the price and location. Walking to the lake is just 10 minutes, and right outside of the hotel there are many many eateries, desserts, cafes...
The room itself is extremely spacious, just that the wall is thin.
The staffs are very helpful and supportive, even after you check out.

GGuest UserIt's really basic and if you are in the upper floors (4th and 5th) prepare to climb a lot of stairs every time you get into or out of your room. A/C was not working. The staff was willing to help and called a cab for me, but the language barrier and lack of information on their part made it impossible to book trips from the hotel or get any more assistance / orientation than that.
Barring that, the location is perfect and the low price makes it worthwhile.

I recently stayed at Hanoi Lane Homestay and had a mostly pleasant experience. The location is excellent, tucked away in the busy streets of Old Quarters, close to the main attractions. The room was clean and cozy, offering a great sense of privacy. The hosts were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
However, one downside was the strong smell of cats in the corridor, which was quite noticeable every time I walked to my room. It didn’t affect the room itself, but it was a bit unpleasant when passing through. If you're sensitive to odors, this might be an issue.
Overall, it’s a decent stay for the price, with great service and a convenient location, but the smell in the corridor is something to keep in mind.

RRoberto_AI only spent the night here because I landed after 9pm. It felt kind of dingy and not modern. It’s not as close to the airport as I would have liked and the area isn’t particularly great. The room was spacious, at least. The receptionist helped me book a ride to the area I was headed to, at a rate lower than Grab, so that was nice.

PPascaline DimakatsoThe overall experience was good however what would’ve made the apartment more comfortable is having kitchen utensils and cookware since it’s an apartment.
Upon arrival, we did not receive clear instructions about the exact location and drove around for 20 minutes on the same street looking for the building which was within a narrow alley way. Not easy to find if you are not familiar with the area.
We were booked there for four nights and thought there was no hot water but was only informed how to turn on the water heater on our third day. This was also the same day we the trash was removed and toilet paper refilled. Take note that your apartment is not cleaned for the duration of your stay.
Besides this the apartment is okay and is suitable for a short stay on budget, it has some of the basic amenities but can do well with a few more items to make it comfortable and practical.

GGuest UserThere are delicious pho restaurants nearby within walking distance from bus number 86.
There are dessert shops, and Hoan Kiem Lake and the old town are within walking distance, so I think the location is very good.
The bed was spacious and the sheets were clean. There was no problem with the water pressure in the shower in the room on the 5th floor on the first night, but the water pressure in the shower in the room on the 4th floor from the second night onwards was quite weak. I felt it was a little difficult to open and close the locks in both rooms unless I was used to it. There was an air conditioner and a fan, and the refrigerator cooled well. The staff, both male and female, were very kind and helpful. If you ask for towels, they will change them every day. We also have toothbrushes, shampoo, body soap, and hand soap. If I have a chance, I would like to stay there again.
