"We loved our stay here that we booked again after we came back from Halong Bay and Cat Ba Island! The location is very strategic as it is near the Hang Dau Water Tower and the night market street along the Train Street. The rooms are big and clean, with necessary facilities. The breakfast is really good! The service is amazing, especially the front desk help us arrange our trip to Halong Bay/Lan Ha Bay/Cat Ba Island; they are really helpful! Thank you for accommodating us! If I go back to Hanoi, I will stay here again! Cam on! ^_^"

"An excellent hotel with everything you could ask for near the airport. The rooftop pool offers a fantastic view, making it a great place to relax before or after a flight. Rooms and facilities are spotless, and the service is genuinely friendly and attentive. The buffet is varied and of very good quality. Perfect choice if you want comfort, cleanliness, and convenience close to Hanoi Airport."

They have hair dryers, towels, and everything! the wifi is also good! the cleanliness: slightly lower than the standards! the location: not in the center of the city, and the car is hard to reach because the alley is small; it’s close to a cafe & restaurant! The service: the manager is really responsive through WhatsApp and the Trip app! Good to know: the checkout time is before 12! better than a few places! There’s an elevator!"

"Chose this place because of good reviews but was disappointing. Ground floor cafeteria smelled of stale urine the first 2 days I was there. Took a rook with window and got scammed as the window faced a wall 2 feet away so it was dark with no natural lighting. I'm OK with the alleyway that other travellers talk about as this is normal for vietnam. Bathtub poorly designed sucu that it kept leaking on floor and caused floor to be wet."

"must use Google maps to locate the location as the hostel is inside an alley. can ask the shopper nearby there, enter the alley when you see a sign board call Hanoi Food Culture. fast check in process, staff will lead you to your room after check-in, most of them are friendly, helpful & nice. they can even speak english as well. bed is clean & comfortable with compartments, a big locked storage for luggage too. tiny bathroom just nice for small size like me, stable hot water & big flow is good. but hair dryer takes a bit longer to dry hair. drinking water can only be purchased, not free. i like to use their staircase instead of lift. plenty of eatery & travel agents around the hostel which is super convenient."

"We had a one night at this hotel before our flight the next morning. We booked a car with the hotel to the airport for 350K, which was very convenient. The room and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, a friend of mine injured her foot so the receptionist navigated us to the nearest doctor’s office. A lot of places to eat and go shopping in the area."
