One of the best ones I ever stayed in. The staff were kind and available to help at all times and the room was clean, spacious, with all necessary amenities, equipment and conveniences. Great hotel that would be recommended to everyone and I would definitely stay once again.

I fell in love with the apar**ent as soon as I walked in. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Cleanly tidy. You walk in and it feels immediately pleasant.

The location is very good near the West Lake in Hanoi, the environment is average, it is an apar**ent-style hotel, the check-in experience is poor, you can only choose one breakfast, and drinks are charged separately... Poor value for money, very poor experience
