"Arrived at Noi Bai Airport in the early hours of the morning, and it was easy to walk to. The sleeping pod had enough space, even for someone 190cm tall to sleep comfortably. The pod's details were well thought out, accommodating needs like bag storage and phone charging. There are also lockers with keys for larger luggage within the facility. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. There's a washing machine and a self-service convenience store on the ground floor. It's also very close to the bus stop."

GGan Yung ChyanThis is my third time staying in this Vietnamese capsule hotel. Previously, there was only one free packet of snacks in the room but this time, there are up to 20 kinds of snacks and drinks for sale in the room. I purchased one can of red bean porridge to eat for breakfast and it costs me 50000 Vietnamese Dong.
The capsule hotel is located past the flight view cafe and Bamboo Airways Operations Office on the third floor. Other than sleep and using the mobile phone or laptop, the other activity to do that can be done between 6 am and 8 am the next morning is plane-spotting at the flight view area outside the capsule hotel. I am very happy to witness Drukair's launch of charter flight from Hanoi to Paro on 9 November 2025.
The Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counter can be seen on the third floor immediately outside the capsule hotel. The strategic location of the capsule hotel is of convenience for overnight transit travellers but there are no shower facilities outside the capsule hotel.
FFukochanI used this place to shower and store my luggage before catching a late-night flight. It's really for backpackers; I think a long-term stay here would be quite challenging unless you're very accustomed to this type of accommodation. You get one large bath towel and a bottle of water. There's a small locker with a key under the bed, but it's not big enough for a suitcase – maybe two backpacks at most!
Nnana773It would have been great if there were restrictions on using the water and hairdryer after 11 PM, especially since they're right next to the bed.
The bed was really spacious, about a semi-double size.
The lockers under the bed also had locks.
It seems like the slow draining in the sink hasn't been fixed in ages.
It's a much quieter and calmer area compared to the Old Town.

Very Good
JJiaridaoanasitaxiyaThe room was clean and odorless, with a comfortable temperature. The bathroom was also clean, odorless, and perfectly adequate. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere, and there are plenty of food and drink options nearby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to experience a youth hostel. The experience of spending New Year's Eve alone was very unique. The hotel is in a unique location, very close to West Lake, and the room is clean, tidy and safe. The owner speaks very good English and is very enthusiastic. Overall, it gave me a great experience. I stayed there for another night after the first day. I still recommend it!
KKhimmy SIt was a great location, though a bit difficult to find since the place name is different from the one listed here. It’s perfect for backpackers, especially since the hostel doesn’t have an elevator. I am not sure about the AC, but it wasn't working that time. Perfect for budget traveler.
The receptionist was very helpful. I availed of the airport transfer in the morning, and they picked me up on time.
DDawei 007What a perfect little place to stay if you have a late arriving flight or a very early morning one. I found the staff here extremely friendly and they used Google translate to communicate. The room was immaculate and offered fantastic value. They offer breakfast at an additional charge , very reasonable and their iced coffee is superb, highly recommend. An ideal place to stay for a night.
GGuest UserCan trip.com help this hotel improve when it comes to cleanliness so that no one will be a victim of insects and at least what we paid for is worth it. I cant imagine myself on my stay in this hotel that I jumped out from my bed because the rat pass near my forehead while I was just resting and because of this I was awake until morning. They transfer me to another room but cant still sleep due the noise near my room. They transfer me again for the 3rd room, but I just really survived on my 3rd day because I get tired of telling them. On the third room, there is a fly, ants and other small insects. I dont know how they clean. So traumatic experience with the mouse,in my whole life, first time I experience rat crawling near my forehead and even the rat enjoy big bite on my bread that I place in my bag. Please trip.com,help this hotel improve if possible because I like to book hotels and flights thru trip.com.I was not able to take photos of the rat because of my nervousness that time.
GGuest UserWhat a cozy place to be or even to nestle oneself, if I put it shortly. Absolutely cool for those who want to see Hanoi but in a local plus rural way because of shops with daily snacks and items within the cost of 5k-10k VND.

GGuest UserI stayed here for three nights in a mixed dorm. The location is pretty good — close to public transport, some cafés, and a few bars. That said, the area gets noisy at night, so light sleepers should bring earplugs.
The hostel itself is okay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly enough, though they seemed a bit disorganized during busy hours. The common room is small but has a few couches and a TV. It’s a decent place to meet other travelers, but there’s no real social atmosphere unless someone starts something.
The beds are basic — thin mattress, clean sheets, but the pillows are flat. Each bed has a reading light and one power outlet, which worked fine. Lockers are available, but bring your own padlock. Cleanliness is average: the dorm was swept daily, but the bathroom floors stayed wet, and the shower drain was slow.
Breakfast is simple (bread, jam, instant coffee). Free Wi-Fi works in common areas but not great in the dorms.
