Mountain View Hotels in Hanoi

Positive: - Amazing room, great wood smell, a lot of small great details. We had the deluxe room with two saunas. - Motivated staff to support us. We had a bath issue, technician there within the hour. We wanted access to the pickleball field (perfect by the way!), staff came running with the key. - Great decor. A lot of different colorful flower everywhere, fruit tree, pond with frog. Also, thousands of beautiful light illuminates the resort at night. Very pretty. Don't expect amazing rice field though, it's a print out (look at the pictures). - Very calm, away of Hanoi loudness (it took us one hour of transit from Hanoi for d500 000 of taxi). Fresh air! - Good wifi and smart TV, but wasn't able to Chrome cast from my phone. Negative: - Food : Breakfast was literally insta ramen... And Food prices were high for Vietnam (see menu picture). You need cash to pay (can't pay by card), but they allowed us to pay it all on the last day (we booked a cab to a bank 15min away to take out cash). - No English speaker staff: We made it work through WhatsApp and Google translate. - Check in/out: There is no reception desk. We were guided to our room by the 24h guard (positive), but we needed to ask the staff the next day about the wifi password. - No map of the resort or guided tour. Also, the resort is still under construction. - The ”rock” rooms are artificial (sound empty when you kick it). - We didn't use the pool since the water was green. - There is no scheduled weekly activity, so it's really to relax. Staff recommended to visit the ”nearby” national park, but it was 1h away. - Nothing in the immediate area outside the resort, you have to walk 30-40min in either direction to find other restaurants or shop. (We walk it once and booked a Grab the following time).

Arriving at the hotel at midnight, the walk was truly breathtaking, with its winding paths leading to secluded retreats. But waking up in the morning, I was stunned by the mountain mist, the chirping birds, and the fragrance of flowers. All the hotel amenities are meticulously crafted, with faucets and trash cans crafted from pure copper, perfect for a relaxing getaway or a quiet retreat.

Lovely mountain retreat with excellent food and lovely service… real wow factor. Staff clearly well trained. Breakfast was excellent… 5 star level and grounds were a tropical paradise Only minor negative is bathroom drain was a little smelly and when rooms are full can not much sound insulation Otherwise a real wow experience

We were vacationing in Da Nang and booked this hotel near Hanoi airport for one night, as we had a very early onward flight from Hanoi. Fiorus Airport Hotel is very close to the international terminal, I believe about 2 km. The hotel pleasantly surprised us; we didn't expect it to be so good. It's new, clean, and our room was very spacious, even with a small balcony. It has both air conditioning and a fan, which is very convenient as not everyone likes AC. Everything you need is in the room. The linens and towels were all clean and fresh, not worn out. The staff were responsive, greeted us, and helped with our luggage. Some reviews mention not being able to sleep due to airplane noise, but you have to understand that the hotel's location caters to passengers with layovers in Hanoi. If you want to avoid airplane noise, you should book a hotel further away from the airport in Hanoi city itself. And earplugs are always an option. We slept perfectly fine without them. The hotel staff can arrange airport transfers upon request for an additional fee. I recommend this hotel!

Was a nice stay! Really nice employees. Called us a taxi for the airport when Grab driver cancelled. Really quite and nice stay.

Very clean and conveniently located to airport. Despite it being close, it is quite expensive to get a grab or transfer to the airport. Pool is really nice. Breakfast is very average

Overall, this place is okay. Although they don't refill bottled water daily. When you arrive, you need to check if you're missing anything so you can tell the receptionist to replenish it. The receptionist won't be online in the evenings to assist you, but they are in the mornings. The internet connection is weak. And at first, I thought I was going down a muddy trail. There are no lights on the way back, so it's probably best to leave a little early.

I had a great vacation at this apartment! The living space is breathtakingly beautiful, clean and decent, making me feel relaxed from the moment I set foot in. The location is so ideal, making it easy for me to explore the city. The host is extremely cute and friendly, responding to all my questions quickly. I really don't want to leave and promise to come back here as soon as possible!

Conveniently located, just a 10-minute drive from the airport. Although the front desk staff didn't speak English, they tried their best to communicate with me using translation software and were very friendly. The room was spacious, but it faced the street and was a bit noisy. A simple breakfast was provided.
