There are private rooms on the 3rd floor that are better than capsules, and there is a reception desk, so the service is good. The toilets are shared with the people in the airport office on the 3rd floor, but they are clean. The food on the 4th floor was delicious, including pho and ribs, and we were able to travel to the international flight without any problems on the bus on the 1st floor. As it was a late-night flight, I was able to recover with a 4-hour nap.

Don’t book if you are transfer passenger!
We were asked to go to the connecting flight counter once arrived. However, when we pass the security check, the PIC said that it’s not allowed to go out even we show her the booking details. The hotel still charged us the booking fees so just a kindly remind don’t book the pod if you are going to transfer.

The bed was very hard and not very comfortable to sleep on. There were cockroaches in the room, which I swatted away with my shoe. Fortunately, I only stayed one night because of a connecting flight, otherwise I would have been quite uncomfortable.
