The front desk service is quite good—they explained everything clearly and provided helpful information. Although the hotel’s location is a bit tricky to find, it’s within walking distance of Train Street and offers easy access to the night market in the Old Quarter. The hotel doesn't provide a universal adapter, so you may need to purchase one from outside.

This is a fantastic hotel located right in the heart of Hanoi. The staff are very attentive and helpful.
The rooms are a bit old but clean, perfect 10/10.

The hotel is beautiful, ideally located in the old town, very clean, and serves a delicious breakfast with lake views.
The staff are very friendly and professional, and the price is reasonable for the quality.

Great location! This hotel is just a short walk to many attractions. Great staff, very kind and willing to help at any time. Room is small, a bit dated but very nice and clean.

The hotel is located right in the Old Quarter, super convenient to walk around. The room is clean, comfy and everything works well. The staff very friendly and helpful — they helped me book my trips to Ha Long and Ninh Binh, and also arranged motorbike rental for me. Really appreciate their service, they helped me a lot during my stay. Solid experience, will recommend!
