"The hotel facilities are very new and well-equipped. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.
As soon as you enter, they offer you a welcome drink and invite you to sit down while they handle your check-in. The staff also ask about your itinerary and recommend some attractions, all free of charge. They even add you on WhatsApp so you can message them with any issues you might encounter.
The room was spotless. They provide everything: toothbrushes, razors, cotton swabs, sewing kits, slippers, and more. I particularly liked the separate shower and bathtub setup; the tub was huge. I booked a twin room, but the beds were a bit small, more like single beds.
My only minor complaint is that the soundproofing isn't great. I could clearly hear guests talking loudly in the hallway at night, and I could even hear people talking outside the hotel from my room on the 3rd floor.
The hotel's spa is excellent. It's pricier than places on the street, but definitely worth the money. Their sauna is also fantastic—very clean and a Finnish-style one, though it costs extra. The fitness center and spa are open daily from 9 AM to 10 PM. The rooftop view is nice, but the pool is a bit small. However, it's perfect for sunbathing or relaxing with a book. The food quality at the rooftop restaurant is also very high; I highly recommend it. The breakfast, however, didn't offer many choices. If you're a fitness enthusiast, you might struggle to find suitable food as there's hardly any quality protein, mostly carbs and desserts.
The hotel's location is excellent. If you prefer a quiet neighborhood, it's a great choice. There are many coffee shops nearby, and West Lake is only about a 10-minute walk, allowing you to avoid crowds and dangerous motorbikes. There's an optical shop right next to the hotel; I forgot my contact lenses and was able to buy them immediately, which I really appreciated.
I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Hanoi!"
