This hotel went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, right in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Close to train street and The Note coffee shop. Comfortable and stylish rooms. I highly recommend staying at this place !!

Quite a few similar hotels around with better location. Slightly away from popular attractions. But the staff are very friendly and if for a short stay, I would not mind.

The swimming pool check-in is first-class, but it is actually very small and not very useful. The fitness room is too small, and there is no time to use it until 8:00.

Amazing guest service, the front desk gave us a late checkout on their own initiative after remembering we were headed straight to the airport the next day. Great location right by Train Street
