NEW SKY AIRPORT HOTEL

to be honest, we only stayed for a couple of hours since our vietnam trip was just a layover but the stay was amazing! the hotel was easy to find and the staff were nice plus we love the aircon haha the wifi was also fast

The hotel was nice, the staff very helpful and polite. What was unexpected for me is that there was nothing in the bathroom around the shower, like a curtain or something, so the water splashed everywhere and was then taking a lot of time to dry. I’ve seen it in bathrooms in India, but didn’t know Vietnam would be the same. However, since it was just for one night, it wasn’t a big deal. The room itself was clean and spacious. One window didn’t close on the latch though. I Also, I had a problem with exchanging my last 50$ cash in the airport, cause they don’t except old kind of currency, which was a surprise, cause I didn’t encounter any problem with that before in my primal destination in Japan, but the hotel hand the nearby restaurant accepted card, so in the end it wasn’t much of an issue either. The hotel doesn’t provide with one-time slippers, but there are rubber sandal-type slippers for the bathroom and the room. I was ok with that, but I know it is an issue for people who don’t enjoy wearing things somebody else have worn before. Also, there was a dirty spoon and the walls in the bathroom looked like they needed some mold-proofing, since it is a very damp environment.

Great place to stay for a night if you have a transfer in Hanoi! It’s only 7-9minutes away from the airport and you can find some 24/7cafes around with delicious Vietnamese food ~~ Rooms are pretty clean, got everything you need, so for me it was a great choice Unfortunately my flight was to early, so I couldn’t use breakfast this time:(

Loved this hotel stay! Very near to airport. Around 7 min ride. The rooms are clean with fully provided amenities. Best hotel stay during my time in hanoi. There are some restaurants nearby and a mart. The distance to old quarter is around 1 hr car ride so transportation was a bit costly. Still, i enjoyed this hotel!

Ideally located near Noi Bai International Airport, though a bit far from the city center. This hotel is a perfect choice for a layover or a one-night stay. The rooms are clean and all basic necessities are provided. We slept very well and felt completely recharged before heading back to the airport to catch our sleeper bus to Sapa. A great, hassle-free experience and a value for money.

I only planned to stay here for one night because I needed a hotel close to the airport for my early flight the next morning. Honestly, I didn’t expect much , but this hotel truly surprised me in a very positive way. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming, which made me feel at ease immediately. The room was bigger than expected, comfortable, and the WiFi worked perfectly. Having YouTube on the TV was a nice bonus that helped me relax before my flight. What I appreciated the most was the shower , strong water pressure and properly hot water, something travelers really value after a long day. It turned a simple overnight stay into a very comfortable experience. Thank you to the team for your hospitality. I really enjoyed my stay.
