It’s a great location for holidays in Hanoi. Very close to the old quarter yet far enough away to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Located at Westlake a bit distant from the central hub, however it is better that way as the neighborhood is quiet safe and easy to access. Only a short grab ride away from the hustle and also yet a location that allows you to really take a good night rest. The only comment is if you arrive too late back to the property that front gates are locked and it is quite tricky to be able to contact a staff member to open the gate.

Unfortunately, we had extremely bad experiences with the hotel. 1. Cleanliness: there was hair in the bed from other guests. The bed linen was partly yellowed and did not leave a clean impression (see photos). There was a lot of hair especially in the bathroom. The glasses weren't clean either. 2. Bathroom: Water didn't drain and overflowed. Apparently the tubes were blocked. 3. Facilities: Windows in the living room and bathroom could not be locked. Since we lived on the second floor, everyone could actually get in. 4. it was very loud, very noisy in the room. MN could hear the people outside. 5. The only positive thing was the location of the hotel.

There is not a single hanger in the room, and the store will not proactively tell you the Wi-Fi password

It was a little difficult to find the location. The location is quiet. It's a bit of a walk down the alley, but it's okay for a quick day's stay.

The room is clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious. The lady at the front desk is kind and patient in answering questions. The luggage is well kept at the front desk.

Very beautiful view, panoramic windows, everything is super. There is a kitchen and everything you need is in the room. Water, bathroom amenities. You can use a washing machine. All problems are resolved promptly. Cons: the electricity was turned off in the room, it was cold. No cups. Overall impression: an A with a slight minus.

If you want to be in west lake, this location is not bad. We were visiting Hanoi as tourists and stayed in the Old Quarter for half our trip and west lake for half our trip and preferred the Old Quarter because it’s more lively. We got the Maisonette, which left a little to be desired. The AC in the living room didn’t work and our stay was interrupted twice (for over an hour) with them taking everything apart and trying to fix the AC, with no solution. The cutlery and dishes in the kitchen were also dirty and such poor quality that it makes you question your ability to cook. Overall, it feels like we got a little unlucky. But the receptionist was as helpful as he could be given the circumstances, and the location was pretty good if this is the area you want to be in. Don’t expect room service and clean ups during your stay like in hotels. Really low quality bedding and pillows.

These apartments are self-catering and it is not a hotel as such. The apartment I stayed in was just right for one person. A little but small and fine for one person and it was extremely clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was quite luxurious. It is relatively inexpensive and I paid 1.3 million dong for 2 nights. The location is pretty good and there are a few eateries close by or alternatively you can buy stuff and make something to eat as there is an abundance of kitchen equipment. There is no oven by the way but there is a microwave. If you would like to eat out within the vicinity for breakfast, I would highly recommend the Waffle House which is about 100 meters away and the food is delicious!! Thank you so very much and I will ultimately stay here again!
