What a beautiful hotel right in the middle of bustling Old Quarter! The facade is done in a beautiful romantic european style, albeit it's a bit tiny. The rooms and decor are stunning, modern, clean and very comfortable. Even though the rooms are a bit small, the clever design makes it feel very roomy and airy. The highlight of the hotel is the staff. We stayed in a couple of more hotels in Old Quarter during our stay, but nowhere were the staff as nice, warm and helpful as here. A big shout out to Sylvia, Jack and Jimmy - you made us fall in love with the hotel (we'll miss you a lot). They helped us out with tours, food, and luggage storage. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Old Quarter.

I had the best stay here at La Passion Premium! Jimmy was such an amazing front of house manager - helpful, attentive, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the area! I spent my 30th birthday in Vietnam, out of all the 7 hotels I stayed, this was by far my favourite. The breakfast was so tasty, staff very friendly and my room had the best view of the lake. I would stay here again without a doubt. Location is great, not too far from the main party *****, markets, temples etc Thank you Jimmy for making my birthday so memorable

The constant noise from staff working on my level, level 8 & level 9 above. I booked a suite which was below the breakfast room. When I checked in at around 3pm I yelled at them to shut up. Then at about midnight they woke me up. Then again at 5.45am. Yelling at each other, dragging chairs around & banging pots. The room was cold, even though the guy said he’d fixed it. I don’t think the heating worked. Never again!

Jimmy and Silvia, at the La Passion were amazing. The checkin was seamless the room was the best I have had in all my Asian holiday so far. It’s a small boutique hotel with amazing service and completely welcoming. I will be excited to stay again.

Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, met goede kennis van het engels voor het receptie en bar personeel, ook kregen we goeie tips om te eten. De kamers zijn nieuw en mooi, vers fruit, water, persoonlijk geschreven welkomst nota, betalende minibar, ... . Wij hadden de kamer met balkon en city view, wat echt een aanrader is, op het balkon kan je van het drukke, levendige Hanoi op een rustige en ontspannen manier genieten.
